बीजापुर। प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की सरकार बनते ही महज 7 माह में बीजापुर जिले के दूरस्थ क्षेत्र उसूर ब्लॉक के अंदरूनी इलाकों से लगभग 500 ग्रामीण आज 15 ट्रैक्टरों में भरकर बीजापुर मुख्यालय पहुंचे । जब इसकी जानकारी मिली तब भारतीय जनता पार्टी की ओर से एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल बनाकर उन पीड़ित ग्रामीणों से संपर्क किया तथा उनकी समस्याएं जानी । तब पता चला कि छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश में कांग्रेस की भूपेश सरकार बनने के बाद गांव गरीब किसानों के साथ कैसा छलावा किया जाता है इसका उदाहरण जब हम उन ग्रामीणों से मिले तब ग्रामीणों द्वारा बताया कि विगत 3 माह से उन्हें सोसायटी ओं से उपलब्ध होने वाले राशन शक्कर नमक की उपलब्धता को बंद कर दी गई जिससे उनका जीवन यापन करने में भारी कठिनाई उत्पन्न हो रही है ।जब भाजपा की प्रतिनिधिमंडल ग्रामीणों से संपर्क करने पर ग्रामीणों का कहना था कि इसके पूर्व भाजपा की रमन सरकार में हमें हर माह सोसायटी से चावल नमक शक्कर की आसानी से उपलब्धता समय पर होता था ।तथा विगत 15 वर्षों में हमें बीजापुर जिला मुख्यालय में आकर हमें कभी समस्याएं अवगत कराने व विरोध दर्ज करने की नौबत नहीं आया तथा गांव गांव में पूर्व की भाजपा की रमन सरकार में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध थी । आज कांग्रेस की सरकार में आते ही पीड़ित ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से भी वंचित रखा गया है ।कांग्रेस पार्टी की सरकार की नीति हमेशा से रही कि गांव गरीब पिछड़े शोषित दलित वंचित लोगों को अपने मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित रख उनके जीवन स्तर को प्रभावित करना इसका ज्वलंत उदाहरण आज बीजापुर जिले के अतिसंवेदनशील क्षेत्र से आए ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं से अवगत हुआ ।भाजपा प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने ग्रामीणों का समस्याओं की जानकारी अपने पूर्व मंत्री माननीय महेश गागड़ाजी को दी ।गागड़ा जी ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए पीड़ित ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं को जिला प्रशासन से चर्चा कर शीघ्र ही उचित समाधान करने की बात कही।
