बीजापुर। सरस्वती साइकिल वितरण योजना के तहत प्रदेश भर में छात्राओं को निशुल्क साइकिलों का वितरण किया जाता है ताकि दूर दराज से स्कूल पहुंचने वाली छात्राएं समय पर स्कूल पहुंचे और उन्हें सुविधा हो, जिसका सीधा लाभ छत्तीसगढ़ की उन बेटियों को मिल रहा है जिन्हें असल में सरकार के इस योजना की जरूरत है।

बता दें बीजापुर सुदूर और ग्रामीण इलाका है ऐसे में कच्ची सड़कों से स्कूल तक पहुंचने में छत्तीसगढ़ के बेटियों को खासी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता था लेकिन सरस्वती सायकल वितरण योजना के तहत साइकिल मिलने से यह समस्या बहुत हद तक दूर हो गई है।
