इस दौरान बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण उपाध्यक्ष व विधायक बीजापुर विक्रम शाह मंडावी सहित जिला अध्यक्ष लालू राठौर, जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष कमलेश कारम, जावेद खान के मार्गदर्शन में ध्वजारोहण कार्यक्रम किया गया। कार्यक्रम में शुकदेव नाग, सन्तोष गुप्ता, जिला युवा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद एजाज सिद्दीकी, लक्ष्मण कड़ती, जितेंद्र हेमला, ऋषभ कुमार, प्रशान्त टाटी, विनोद बाड़दी विनोद तालुकदार, श्रावण कुमार, शंकर खट्टबिना, जफर खान, अरुण दुलम, केसव तोगर, कामेश मोरला, शैलेश नीलकंठ, शंकर कुमार, षडवली मरकेला, गजेन्द्र मोरला, राहुल सपके, सूरज शोडी, अरुण व अन्य कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे।
