स्व. अटल की अस्थि विसर्जन में जब सैकड़ों लग्जरी वाहन लग सकते हैं तो वृद्ध महिला की शव को क्यों नही मिला शववाहन..??
बीजापुर। छत्तीसगढ़़ के बीजापुर से मानवता को शर्मसार करने वाली तस्वीरें सामने आयीं हैं। दरअसल आज भारतरत्न स्व.अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की अस्थि कलश यात्रा बीजापुर पहुंची।
इस यात्रा में शामिल होने के लिए सैकड़ों भाजपाई पचास से अधिक लक्ज़री वाहनों में भैरमगढ़ पहुंचे।
ठीक उसी वक्त लंबी बीमारी से जूझते हुए मर्कापाल की वृद्ध महिला ‘रचना मरकाम’ की मौत हो गई। सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी के अभाव में मृत वृद्धा के परिजनों ने उसके शव को अन्तिम संस्कार के लिए खटिये से बने कांवड़ में ढोकर ले जाना मुनासिब समझा।
भैरमगढ़ से होकर गुजरने वाले राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग क्रमांक 63 से होते हुये वृद्ध महिला के परिजनों ने कांवड़ में लाश को ढोकर करीब 8 किलोमीटर का सफर तय किया। इस दौरान पुंडरी और मर्कापाल के बीच से होकर बहने वाली उफनती करीब 350 मीटर चौड़ी इंद्रावती नदी को लकड़ी से बने पतली सी डोंगी में सवार होकर पार किया और फिर 4 किमी का पैदल सफर कर ये ग्रामीण किसी तरह अपने गांव मर्कापाल पहुंचे। जहां मृतिका का अंतिम संस्कार किया गया।
मृतिका के परिजनों के मुताबिक रचना मरकाम कुछ समय से टाइफाइड की बीमारी से ग्रसित थी बीमारी के शरुआती दौर में परिजनों ने रचना का ईलाज भैरमगढ़ के सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में करवाया सेहत में सुधार नही आता देख उसे सिरहा गुनिया के पास ले जाया गया इसी दौरान भैरमगढ़ के छिंदभाटा में उसकी मौत हो गई। जिसके बाद मृतिका के परिजनों द्वारा शव के अंतिम संस्कार के लिए गृहग्राम ले जाने का फैसला लिया गया। फिर परिजनों ने खटिये का कांवड़ बनाकर तमाम मुश्किलातों का सामना करते हुए शव के साथ यह कठिन सफर तय किया।
मृतिका के परिजनों ने cgtimes.in की टीम को बताया कि उन्हें इस बात की जानकारी ही नही है की मौत के बाद सरकार व स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा शववाहन मुहैया कराया जाता है। इस पूरे मामले में हैरान कर देने वाली बात यह है कि सरकार में मंत्री के पद पर काबिज गागड़ा के गृह क्षेत्र के आदिवासी ही सरकारी योजनाओं से अनजान हैं।
वहीं इस पूरे मामले में इंसानियत भी शर्मशार होती नजर आई जब राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर एक शव को कांवड़ में ढोकर ले जाया जा रहा हो और मदद के लिए आमजन के साथ साथ कोई सरकारी नुमाइंदा भी आगे नहीं आया।
सबसे अहम सवाल यह कि स्व. अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी की अस्थियों के विसर्जन यात्रा में जब पचास से अधिक लग्जरी गाड़ियों का काफिला चल सकता है तो क्या एक आदिवासी वृद्ध महिला के शव को दाहसंस्कार के लिए गृहग्राम पहुचाने को एक अदद शववाहन उपलब्ध नहीं हो सकता..??
