जगदलपुर। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी डाॅ. अय्याज तम्बोली ने 11 अप्रैल को होने वाले मतदान के लिए की जा रही अंतिम तैयारियों की समीक्षा की। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि मतदान सामग्री के वितरण के लिए सोमवार को शाम चार बजे धरमपुरा स्थित पाॅलिटेक्निक काॅलेज में अंतिम रिहर्सल की जाएगी।
कलेक्टर ने निर्वाचन कार्य से जुड़े सभी वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के मतदान अधिकारियों, सेक्टर अधिकारियों के साथ ही मतदान सामग्री वितरण दल के अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों से भी निरंतर समन्वय बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मतदान सामग्री का कार्य सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। मतदान सामग्री वितरण स्थल में चिकित्सा दल तैनात रखने, पेयजल की पर्याप्त आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने और परिसर की साफ-सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखने के निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने बताया कि मतदान दलों की रवानगी के लिए वाहन रुट चार्ट के अनुसार उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। उन्होंने सभी अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारियों को अपने अधीन मतदान केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण करने के साथ ही सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने आदर्श आचरण संहिता का कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश देते हुए बताया कि नारायणपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 9 अप्रैल को अपरान्ह तीन बजे प्रचार-प्रसार का कार्य रोक दिया जाएगा।
उन्होंने मतदान कार्य की समाप्ति तक सभी उड़नदस्ता दल और एसएसटी के सदस्यों को मुस्तैद रहने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने मतदान केन्द्र के 200 मीटर की परिधि में राजनैतिक प्रचार-प्रसार की सामग्री को अनिवार्य तौर पर हटाने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री प्रभात मलिक, अपर कलेक्टर श्री अरविंद एक्का, उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री गोकुल रावटे सहित निर्वाचन कार्य से जुड़े अधिकारी उपस्थित थे
