जगदलपुर/बस्तर। कांग्रेस स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के सामने कल कांग्रेस के मतभेद और झगड़े खुल के सामने आ गये। बस्तर संभाग के केवल नारायणपुर को छोड़कर सभी विधानसभा सीटों में टकराव की स्थिति उभर कर आ रही है। चित्रकोट विधानसभा के कांग्रेसी कार्यकर्ता इस कदर नाराज हैं कि वो स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी की समक्ष ही मौजूदा विधायक के खिलाफ नारेबाजी कर रहे थे। यही हाल बस्तर विधानसभा में था जहां लोग लखेश्वर बघेल पर लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान भीतरघात का आरोप लगाकर उनकी दावेदारी का विरोध कर थे।
ये उन विधानसभाओं के हालात हैं, जिन पर कांग्रेस ने विगत विधानसभा चुनाव में जीत हासिल की थी, जगदलपुर जैसे बीजेपी के मजबूत गढ़ में वो बीजेपी का मुकाबला कैसे करेंगे जबकि उनका मुकाबला संतोष बाफना जैसे सक्रीय व सशक्त प्रतिद्वंदी से होना है।
विपक्षी दलों में खींच-तान बढ़ी
बीजेपी के प्रदेश में लगातार तीन कार्यकाल सत्ता हासिल करने के बाद 2018 के चुनाव में एन्टी इनकम्बेंसी की बातें भी कही जा रही हैं, लोगों के चर्चे की मानें तो विधायक सन्तोष बाफना भी अपना लगातार तीसरा कार्यकाल पूरा करने वाले हैं और विपक्ष को लगता है वो इस बार बाफना को हरा पाने में कामयाब होंगे। जगदलपुर विधायक की सामाजिक और राजनीतिक सक्रियता का विपक्ष के पास फिलहाल तो कोई काट नज़र नहीं आता, उल्टे उनके लिये अपनी पार्टी के बिखराव को रोकना ही बड़ी चुनौती हो सकती है।
जगदलपुर विधानसभा में सक्रियता के मामले आम आदमी पार्टी के रोहित सिंह आर्य जो कि जगदलपुर विधानसभा में पार्टी के प्रत्याशी भी हैं, वो ही फिलहाल कुछ हद तक मुकाबले में नजर आ रहे हैं। रोहित सिंह आर्य युवा प्रत्याशी हैं, जो कुछ हद तक युवाओं को आकर्षित करने में कामयाब हो सकते हैं, परंतु विगत वर्षो में उनकी पार्टी के मुखिया केजरीवाल की छवि में जिस तरह की गिरावट आई है उसका खामियाज़ा भी जगदलपुर में रोहित को भुगतना पड़ सकता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ जनता कांग्रेस तो फिलहाल अपने घर के झगडों से ही परेशान नज़र आ रही है, उसके यूथ विंग के अधिकतर लोग पार्टी से किनारा कर चुके हैं। छजकां प्रत्याशी अमित पांडे को जगदलपुर में अपनी टीम खड़ी करने में ही इतनी मशक्कत करनी पड़ सकती है कि चुनाव के समय वो काफी मुश्किलातों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
मुख्य विपक्षी कांग्रेस कब तक आपसी झगडों को निपटाने में कामयाब होगी ये कहा नहीं जा सकता।उसके कार्यकर्ताओं में ये संदेश चला गया है कि पैसे के दम पर प्रत्याशी का चयन होगा, इसलिए वो भी बेहद नाराज हैं और स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी के आगे ही दावेदारों का विरोध कर रहे हैं ।
जगदलपुर विधानसभा की वर्तमान राजनीतिक स्थिति को देखते हुए ऐसा कहा जा रहा है कि इस बार विधायक संतोष बाफना स्वयं और बीजेपी को जगदलपुर में चौकड़ी दिलवाने में आसानी से कामयाब हो जायेंगे।
