बीजापुर। क्षेत्रीय विधायक व बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष विक्रम शाह मण्डावी ने आज उसूर ब्लाक के अतिसंवेदनशील ग्राम इलमिडी का दौरा किया। इस दौरान आवापल्ली से इलमिड़ी के बीच चल रहे सड़क निर्माण कार्य का भी निरीक्षण किया। निर्माण कार्य धीमी गति से चलते देख विधायक ने नाराजगी जताई। सड़क निर्माण कार्य को करने वाली कंपनी के सुपरवाइजर को पूछा कि सड़क निर्माण कार्य धीमा क्यों है.??सुरवाइजर ने उसका कारण प्रतिदिन पुलिस की तरफ से सुरक्षा नहीं मिलना बताया। जिसके बाद तत्काल आवापल्ली एसडीओपी को विधायक ने निर्देशित किया कि इस सड़क का निर्माण कार्य ज्यादा नहीं बचा है, इसलिए इस निर्माण कार्य में लगी कम्पनी को पर्याप्त सुरक्षा प्रदान की जाए।

क्षेत्रीय प्रवास के दौरान इलमिड़ी पहुंचने पर ग्रामीणों ने पुष्प गुच्छ भेंट कर स्वागत किया। साथ ही इलमिडी ग्राम में स्थित स्कूल, आश्रम, अस्पताल सभी का विधायक ने औचक निरीक्षण किया। इलमिडी ग्राम में विधायक विक्रम शाह मण्डावी ने माता गुड़ी मंदिर, पुराने शिव मंदिर के भी दर्शन किये। सभी जगह जिस-जिस कार्य की मांग की गई, विधायक जी ने तत्काल जनपद सीओ,तहसीलदार व सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सभी कार्यों को एक-एक कर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए, आश्रम के बच्चों से भी विधायक ने भेंट की व उनकी समस्याओं को जाना। इस दौरान आश्रम, स्कूल भवन की जर्जर हालत है देख तत्काल मरम्मत के निर्देश दिए। इलमिडी के ग्रामीणों ने बुरका पारा तक सीसी सड़क, तालाब गहरी करण, व रंगमंच बनाने की मांग की। बीजापुर विधायक ने तत्काल रंगमंच निर्माण के लिए पाँच लाख रुपये विधायक मद से देने की घोषणा की।

ज्ञात हो कि श्री मंडावी को इलमिड़ी वासी अपने बीच पाकर अचंभित हो गए व सहज ही कुछ ग्रामीणों के मुंह से निकल गया कि “दशकों बाद कोई विधायक हमारे ग्राम इलमिड़ी पहुँचा है। इसके पहले तो विधायक से मिलने व देखने के लिए भी मशक्कत करनी पड़ती थी।” विधायक को अपनी गाँव मे व अपने बीच पाकर ग्रामवासियों के खुशी का ठिकाना नहीं था। इस दौरान बीजापुर विधायक ने ग्रामीणों की सभी समस्याओं के तत्काल निराकरण हेतु जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए।
