जगदलपुर। नगर की बहुप्रतीक्षित सड़क मां दंतेश्वरी मंदिर से लेकर एनएमडीसी गेस्ट हाउस तक की सड़क का निर्माण कार्य का भूमिपूजन आज विधायक रेखचंद जैन एवं महापौर जतीन जयसवाल के कर कमलों से हुआ। मां दंतेश्वरी मंदिर के सामने आयोजित लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम के दौरान विधायक रेखचंद जैन ने कहा कि नगर की गणमान्य जनता की मांग के अनुरूप इस सड़क मार्ग का कायाकल्प किया जा रहा है जो कि लगभग 3.10 किलोमीटर है और जिसकी लागत 23 करोड रुपए से अधिक है।
विधायक श्री जैन ने सर्वप्रथम मां दंतेश्वरी की जयघोष के साथ अपने विचार रखते हुए संबंधित कार्य एजेंसी तथा अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि किसी भी प्रकार की गुणवत्ता के साथ समझौता नहीं किया जाए। विधायक जैन ने इस दौरान कहा कि प्रदेश के मुखिया मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल एवं लोक निर्माण मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा है कि सभी क्षेत्रों में विकास के कार्य जल्द से जल्द किए जाएं इसके मंशाअनुरूप करोड़ों रुपए के कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।
इस दौरान महापौर जतीन जयसवाल ने अपने उद्बोधन में विधायक रेखचंद जैन की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि विधायक जी ने बहुप्रतीक्षित मांग के संबंध में लोक निर्माण विभाग के मंत्री तक जो बातें रखी उसे जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने की ओर अग्रसर हैं नगर में कई प्रकार के कार्य चल रहे हैं। इस दौरान महिला कांग्रेस किला अध्यक्ष कमलजीत झज्ज ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष व नगर निगम के लोक निर्माण विभाग सभापति यशवर्धन राव युवक कांग्रेस विधानसभा अध्यक्ष सहनवाज खान के साथ-साथ कांग्रेस पार्टी के कार्यकर्ता-पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
