गांधीनगर। एक दिवसीय दौरे पर गुरुवार को गुजरात के सभी कार्यक्रम खत्म करने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी रात्रि अपनी माता हीराबा से मिलने गांधीनगर पहुंचे। नई दिल्ली रवाना होने से पहले प्रधानमंत्री मोदी गांधीनगर के पास रायसण स्थित अपने छोटे भाई पंकज मोदी के साथ रहने वाली माता हीराबा से करीब 20 मिनट तक मिले। प्रधानमंत्री अपनी माता से गत वर्ष अपने जन्म दिन पर मिले थे। प्रधानमंत्री अपनी माँ से गत वर्ष अपने जन्म दिन पर मिले थे।
देश के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद गुजरात दौरे पर मोदी अपनी माता से मिलते रहे हैं। वे पहली बार उनसे वर्ष 2014 में अपने जन्म दिन पर मिले थे। इसके बाद वे वर्ष 2016 और विगत 2017 में भी अपनी माता से मिलने पहुंचे थे। गत् वर्ष वे पहले जनवरी महीने में मिले थे और इसके बाद जन्म दिन पर भी माँ का आशीर्वाद लेने पहुंचे थे।
प्रधानमंत्री ने गुरुवार को एक दिन के दौरे में पहले वलसाड, फिर जूनागढ़ और इसके बाद गांधीनगर में जीएफएसयू के दीक्षांत समारोह में हिस्सा लिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने राजभवन में सोमनाथ मंदिर ट्रस्ट की बैठक में शामिल हुए।
