जगदलपुर। खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग जगदलपुर द्वारा खिलाड़ियों, प्रशिक्षकों व निर्णायकों से शहीद राजीव पांडेय पुरस्कार, शहीद कौशल यादव पुरस्कार, वीर हनुमान सिंह पुरस्कार, शहीद विनोद चैबे सम्मान, शहीद पंकज विक्रम सम्मान, मुख्य मंत्री ट्राफी पुरस्कार, राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता में पदक प्राप्त खिलाड़ियों तथा अन्य को नगद राशि पुरस्कार खेलवृति एवं प्रेरणा निधि के लिए 25 जून तक आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए है।
सहायक संचालक खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार आवेदन कार्यालय सहायक संचालक खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग, सिटी ग्राउंड परिसर जगदलपुर अथवा संचालनालय खेल एवं युवा कल्याण छत्तीसगढ़, सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल, अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय हाॅकी स्टेडियम रायपुर में खेल संघो के अनुशंसा सहित जमा किया जा सकता है। आवेदन जमा कराने के लिए निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि 25 जून के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। अधिक जानकारी के लिए कार्यालय सहायक संचालक खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग सिटी ग्राउंड परिसर जगदलपुर से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
