जगदलपुर। राज्य शासन द्वारा दंतेवाड़ा के श्यामगिरी घटना की जांच के लिए गठित विशेष न्यायिक जांच आयोग की बैठक आज रायपुर के सिविल लाइन स्थित नवीन विश्राम भवन में आयोग के अध्यक्ष न्यायमूर्ति श्री सतीश के. अग्निहोत्री की अध्यक्षता में हुई। बैठक में जांच अधिकारी श्री धीरेन्द्र कुमार पटेल ने प्रारंभिक जांच रिपोर्ट और दस्तावेज आयोग को सौंपे। आयोग द्वारा इन दस्तावेजों और रिपोर्ट के अध्ययन के बाद आगे की जांच की दिशा तय की जाएगी। आयोग ने श्री पटेल को इस पर आगे जांच जारी रखने और महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियों से आयोग को नियमित अवगत कराने के निर्देश दिए।
उल्लेखनीय है कि विगत 9 अप्रैल को दंतेवाड़ा के तत्कालीन विधायक श्री भीमा मंडावी के काफिले पर श्यामगिरी मार्ग में नक्सलियों द्वारा किए गए बारूदी सुरंग विस्फोट से उनकी और चार सुरक्षाकर्मियों की मृत्यु की घटना की जांच के लिए राज्य शासन द्वारा सिक्किम उच्च न्यायालय के सेवानिवृत्त मुख्य न्यायाधिपति, न्यायमूर्ति श्री सतीश के. अग्निहोत्री की अध्यक्षता में विशेष न्यायिक जांच आयोग का गठन किया गया है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के उपमहाधिवक्ता और आयोग के सलाहकार श्री रजनीश सिंह बघेल ने बैठक में अब तक की जांच की प्रगति की अंतरिम रिपोर्ट सौंपने का आग्रह किया। आयोग के सचिव श्री अरविन्द कुमार एक्का ने बताया कि श्यामगिरी घटना के संबंध में जो भी व्यक्ति किसी भी तरह की जानकारी रखता है, वे आयोग के कार्यालय में स्वयं उपस्थित होकर या पत्र के माध्यम से जानकारी दे सकता है। आयोग का कार्यालय जगदलपुर स्थित बस्तर संभागायुक्त कार्यालय के भूतल परिसर में संचालित है। बैठक में जांच अधिकारी सुश्री दिनेश्वरी नंद और निज सचिव, अध्यक्ष, विशेष न्यायिक जांच आयोग श्री के.पी.एस. नायर भी मौजूद थे।
