मिलिशिया कमाण्डर पुनेम लक्ष्मण पिता बण्डी के कब्जे से 01 नग डेटोनेटर 01 नग कोडेक्स वायर, 01 इंजेक्सन सिरिंज, एवं 02 पैकेट एक्स प्लोजिव मिला जिसके विरूद्ध थाना बासागुड़ा में अपराध क्रमांक 11/2019 धारा 147, 148, 149, 341, 395 भादवि0, 25 आर्म्स एक्ट, 4, 5 वि0प0अधि0 का प्रकरण एवं के0एम0एस0 अध्यक्ष सोढी आयती पिता सुकलू उर्फ सुखराम के विरूद्ध प्रकरण क्रमांक 104/17, अपराध क्रमांक 04/16 धारा 307 भादवि0, 3, 4 वि0प0अधि0, प्रकरण क्रमांक 105/17, अपराध क्रमांक 11/13 धारा 307, 147, 148, 149, भादवि0 25, 27 आर्म्स एक्ट एवं प्रकरण क्रमांक 511/18 अपराध क्रमांक 07/18 धारा 147, 148, 149, 341, 435 भादवि0 का स्थायी वारंटी लंबित रहा। जिसे थाना बासागुड़ा में विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर आज दिनांक 31.10.2019 को दंतेवाड़ा न्यायालय में पेश किया गया।
