टोकन के होने के बाद भी धान नहीं खरीद रही सरकार, कांग्रेस सरकार का दाना-दाना धान खरीदने का वादा झूठा – कौशिक

रायपुर। नेता प्रतिपक्ष धरमलाल कौशिक ने प्रदेश सरकार के दाना-दाना धान खरीदने के वादे को झूठा करार देते हुए कहा कि टोकन होने के बाद भी किसानों का धान नहीं खरीदा जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री के सभी किसानों के दाना-दाना धान खरीदने की घोषणा के बाद भी किसान ठगा महसूस कर रहा है। पूरे प्रदेश में कमोबेश हालत एक जैसे ही है। उन्होंने कहा कि धान खरीदी केंद्रों में किसानों को धान की गुणवत्ता के नाम पर परेशान किया जा रहा है। तो कई केंद्रों पर बारदानें ही नहीं है। इन सब के बीच किसान बेहद परेशान है कि आखिरकार उनका धान कब खरीदा जायेगा?

उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों की हालत को लेकर कांग्रेस सरकार को कोई चिंतायें नहीं हैं। धान खरीदी को लेकर विभाग झूठे आकड़े देकर भ्रम फैलाने में लगा है और कांग्रेस सरकार केवल वाहवाही लूटने में लगी है। धान के नाम पर किसानों से ठगी करने वाली कांग्रेस की सरकार अपने वादों से मुकर रही है और सरकार की प्रथामिकता किसान न होकर केवल सत्ता सुख पाना है। इस सरकार को किसानों, महिलाओं, युवा किसी से कोई सरोकार नहीं है। यही कारण है कि अपने चुनावी घोषणा पत्र के वादों को पूरा करने में असफल है।

उन्होंने कहा कि पहले तो धान खरीदी ही देरी से शुरू किया गया और जब धान खरीदी की तय सीमा खत्म होने के बाद भी किसानों की सुध नहीं है। प्रदेश के किसान दो किनारों में फंसे हुए और इस सरकार कोई चिंता नहीं है। नेता प्रतिपक्ष कौशिक ने कहा कि किसानों की चिंता नहीं की गई तो स्थिति भयावह हो सकती है और कांग्रेस की सरकार जिम्मेदार है कि किसानों की चिंता करने के बजाय उन पर लाठी चला रही है व गंगा जल की कसमें खाने वाली कांग्रेस को किसानों के धान से कोई वास्ता नहीं रह गया है। पूरी सरकार सत्ता के मद में मस्त है।
