अत्यावश्यक सेवाएं जैसे मेडिकल शॉप, किराना दुकानें, जनरल स्टोर्स, सब्जी, दूध, पेट्रोल पंप खुले रहेंगे

बिजली, जल, घरेलु गैस, साफ-सफाई तथा आवश्यक वस्तुओं के कमर्शियल परिवहन सेवाएं भी पहले की तरह निर्बाध रूप से कार्य करती रहेंगी

रायपुर। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज प्रदेश की जनता को संबोधित किया और कल और आज स्वैच्छिक कर्फ्यू के शतप्रतिशत पालन के लिए उन्हें धन्यवाद दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश की जनता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि प्रिय भाईयों और बहनों, जय जौहार। आप सभी का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता ने कल और आज स्वैच्छिक कर्फ्यू का शतप्रतिशत पालन किया है । बड़े शहरों ही नहीं अपितु छोटे-छोटे गांवों में भी लोगों ने अपने आप को अपने घरों तक सीमित रख कर अभूतपूर्व सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय उत्तरदायित्व का पालन किया है । कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से बचने और लड़ने में यह अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है । आज के आपके सहयोग से मेरा यह विश्वास अब प्रबल हो गया है कि अगले कुछ हफ्ते यदि हमने इसी तरह अपने दायित्व का पालन किया और अपने घरों में रहे तो हम छत्तीसगढ़ और देश में कोरोना को हराने में कामयाब हो जायेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मुसीबत के समय छत्तीसगढ़ और देश के लोगों ने हमेशा समर्पण और देशप्रेम का भाव दिखाया है । हमने छत्तीसगढ़ में कोरोना वायरस के फैलाव को रोकने के लिए कई आवश्यक फैसले लिये है । विश्वभर में कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के लिए लॉकडाउन या आइसोलेशन को ही एकमात्र कारगर तरीका माना गया है और वो इसका कड़ाई से पालन भी कर रहे है । केंद्र शासन ने 31 मार्च तक यात्री रेल सेवा को बंद कर दिया । छत्तीसगढ़ में भी वायरस के फैलाव को रोकने के लिये हमने इसे शहरी क्षेत्रों में 31 मार्च तक कर्फ्यू को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है । इस दौरान सभी कार्यालय, संस्थान, परिवहन सेवाएं और अन्य गतिविधियां बंद रहेगी।

अति आवश्यक सेवाएं जैसे मेडिकल शॉप, किराणा दुकानें, जनरल स्टोर्स, सब्जी, दूध, पेट्रोल पंप खुले रहेंगे । इसके साथ ही बिजली आपूर्ति, जल प्रदाय सेवाएं, घरेलु गैस आपूर्ति सेवा, नगर निगम की साफसफाई और कचरा निपटान सेवाएं तथा आवश्यक वस्तुओं के कमर्शियल परिवहन सेवाएं भी पहले की तरह निर्बाध रूप से कार्य करती रहेगी । नागरिकगण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए टोल फ्री नम्बर 104 एवं अन्य किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या के लिए 112 नम्बर डायल कर सम्पर्क करें।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह निर्णय कठोर है लेकिन आपके, आपके परिवार की जीवन रक्षा के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक है। इस संकट की घड़ी में आपका मुख्यमंत्री, सरकार और उसका पूरा महकमा आपके साथ है । मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि आप सभी के सहयोग से हम इस महामारी पर विजय पाने में सफल होंगे।
