जगदलपुर। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दंडाधिकारी श्री रजत बंसल द्वारा वर्तमान में वैश्विक स्तर पर पहले कोरोना वायरस कोविड-19 के संक्रमण की रोकथाम हेतु युद्ध स्तर पर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। जिले के संदिग्ध मरीजों का सैंपल जांच हेतु प्रेषित किया गया था। जिसमें प्रतापदेव वार्ड (संजय मार्केट के समीप) जगदलपुर में एक व्यक्ति की जांच रिपोर्ट पॉजीटिव पाए जाने के कारण एवं कोविड-19 के के पाॅजिटिव व्यक्ति का रिहायशी मकान संजय मार्केट के समीप है, संजय मार्केट संभागीय मुख्यालय जगदलपुर का सब्जी का चिल्हर एवं थोक मार्केट है। यहां प्रतिदिन भीड़भाड़ बना रहता है, जिसके कारण इस मार्केट में सोशल डिस्टेसिंग को बनाये रखना आवश्यक है। कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण के फैलाव को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए प्रताप देव वार्ड (संजय मार्केट के समीप) के पास वर्णित परिधि क्षेत्र को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किया जाता है।

उक्त चिन्हांकित क्षेत्रों के अंतर्गत सभी दुकाने एवं वाणिज्यिक प्रतिष्ठान आगामी आदेश पर्यंत बंद रहेंगे। प्रभारी अधिकारी द्वारा घर पहुंच सेवा के माध्यम से आवश्यक वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति उचित दरों पर सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के आवागमन पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध रहेगा मेडिकल इमरजेंसी को छोड़कर अन्य किन्हीं भी कारणों से घर के बाहर निकलना प्रतिबंध होगा। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के मानकों के अनुरूप व्यवस्था हेतु पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के निर्देशानुसार आवश्यक सर्विलांस कांटेक्ट एवं सैंपल आदि की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कंटेनमेंट जोन में कार्रवाई हेतु केवल एक प्रवेश एवं निकास हेतु बैरिकेटिंग सिटी कोतवाली जगदलपुर आवश्यक वस्तुओं की आपूर्ति एवं सैनेटाइज व्यवस्था, आयुक्त नगर पालिक निगम को, एक्टिव सर्विलॉन्च, स्वास्थ्य टीम को एस ओ पी अनुसार दवा मास्क की आदि उपलब्ध कराना एवं बायोमेडिकल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को और कंटेनमेंट जोन के प्रवेश हेतु अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व)जगदलपुर को नियुक्त किया गया है।
