दंतेवाड़ा। जिले में कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी सौरभ कुमार के मार्गदर्शन में संचालित किए जा रहे मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान अंतर्गत कार्यक्रम का आयोजन जिला पंचायत सभाकक्ष में किया गया। जिसमें एनआरएलएम कैडर के एमसीपी, आरबीके, पीआरपी, एमसीपी, आरबीपीएम मैदानी कर्मचारियों के समक्ष मतदाता जागरूकता अभियान में महिलाओं को सक्रिय योगदान देने एवं एक सशक्त एवं चुनावी भागीदारी संस्कृति को विकसित करने में महिलाओं की भूमिका को महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया।
जिला स्वीप नोडल अधिकारी डॉ रत्नबाला मोहंती ने महिलाओं को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि एक महिला पढ़ती है तो सारे परिवार को शिक्षित करती है। इसी तरह यदि महिला मतदान के महत्व को समझेगी तो पूरे परिवार के सदस्यों को मतदान हेतु प्रेरित करेगी। दंतेवाड़ा आईकॉन सविता साहू ने कहा कि स्वस्थ्य लोकतंत्र के लिए शत-प्रतिशत मतदान जरूरी है। इस अवसर पर मास्टर टेनर्स द्वारा वीवीपेट एवं ईव्हीएम मशीन का प्रदर्शन कर इसकी कार्यप्रणाली समझाई गई। इस दौरान शिव प्रसाद मिश्रा, प्रशांत मिश्रा सहित अन्य कर्मचारियों ने अपना सहयोग दिया।
