दंतेवाड़ा। छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ रमन सिंह के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार 15 वर्षों से गांव, गरीब और किसानों के विकास के लिए कटिबद्धता के साथ काम कर रही है। यही कारण है कि प्रदेश में विकास के नये आयाम स्थापित हुए हैं। दूरस्थ अंचलों तक विकास के काम देखने को मिल रहा है। यह सब राज्य सरकार की दृढ़ संकल्प और विकास कार्यों को सुनिश्चित करने की समर्पण को रेखांकित करती है। उक्त बात स्कूली शिक्षा तथा आदिम जाति कल्याण मंत्री और प्रभारी मंत्री केदार कश्यप ने जिले के कुआकोंडा ब्लॉक अंतर्गत नकुलनार में 19 करोड़ 60 लाख रुपये लागत के निर्माण कार्यों का भूमिपूजन और लोकार्पण करने के पश्चात क्षेत्र के पंचायत पदाधिकारियों तथा ग्रामीणों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कही। इस मौके पर उन्होंने शासन की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के तहत सामग्री वितरण सहित तेंदूपत्ता संग्राहकों को बोनस राशि प्रदान किया। 
प्रभारी मंत्री केदार कश्यप ने कहा कि आजादी के 60 वर्षों में जितना विकास नहीं हुआ था, उतना विकास मुख्यमंत्री डॉ रमन सिंह की सरकार ने 15 वर्षों में कर दिखाया है। शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल, बिजली और अन्य सभी बुनियादी सुविधाओं को विकसित करने के लिए सकारात्मक सोच के साथ क्रियान्वयन करने के फलस्वरूप आज शहरी क्षेत्रों के साथ ही ग्रामीण इलाकों में भी ये सब सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित कर चुके हैं।आज दंतेवाड़ा जिले के दूरस्थ इलाके के बच्चे एनआईटी, मेडिकल कॉलेज में पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। वहीं ग्रामीणों को बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो रही है। उज्वला योजना से गरीब परिवारों को निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन मिला है। सौभाग्य योजना से हर गांव के हरेक घर में बिजली कनेक्शन मिल रही है। किसानों को उनके उपज का वाजिब दाम मिल रहा है।तेंदूपत्ता संग्राहकों को समुचित पारिश्रमिक और बोनस राशि दे रहे हैं। यह सब सरकार की गाँव, गरीब और किसानों के प्रति संवेदनशील पहल को साबित करती है। इस अवसर पर प्रभारी मंत्री कश्यप ने कुआकोंडा ब्लॉक के 850 हितग्राहियों को निःशुल्क मोबाईल वितरित किया। वहीं 10 श्रमिकों को निःशुल्क साइकल प्रदान किया। इसके साथ ही 13 किसानों को तोरिया बीज मिनीकिट, 16 मनरेगा श्रमिकों को टिफिन और टार्च वितरित और उज्जवला योजनान्तर्गत 99 हितग्राहियों को निःशुल्क गैस कनेक्शन प्रदान किया गया। उन्होंने हितावर के युवा मंडली के युवाओं को माइक सेट प्रदान किया। वन्ही तेंदूपत्ता संग्राहकों को बोनस राशि और चरणपादुका वितरित किया गया।
इस दौरान प्रभारी मंत्री कश्यप ने उपस्थित लोगों को स्वच्छता शपथ दिलाई और इलाके के लोगों को स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए भीमा ताती,सुनीता भास्कर, मालती नाग, रीता लेकामी एवं सक्खू मड़ावी को शाल-श्रीफल भेंट कर सम्मानित किया।इस मौके पर जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती कमला नाग और जिला पंचायत सदस्य नन्दलाल मुदामी ने भी ग्रामीणों को सम्बोधित कर सरकार के विकास कार्यों को रेखांकित किया और जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लाभान्वित होने का आग्रह ग्रामीणों से किया। इस दौरान पूर्व विधायक भीमा मंडावी, जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष मनीष सुराना,जिला पंचायत सदस्य चैतराम अटामी, जनपद पंचायत दंतेवाड़ा अध्यक्ष सुनीता भास्कर सहित क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधियों के अलावा कलेक्टर श्री सौरभ कुमार, पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ अभिषेक पल्लव तथा जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी एवं बड़ी संख्या में ग्रामीणजन मौजूद थे।
