रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ में दो चरणों में होने जा रहे विधानसभा निर्वाचन के पहले चरण के लिए आज 16 अक्टूबर, मंगलवार को अधिसूचना जारी हो रही है। अधिसूचना जारी होते ही नामंाकन दाखिले की भी शुरूआत आज से हो जाएगी। इस चरण में प्रदेश के 8 जिलों के 18 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए चुनाव होंगे। मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सुब्रत साहू ने बताया प्रथम चरण में बस्तर संभाग के सात जिलों के 12 विधानसभा सीटों तथा राजनांदगाँव जिले के 6 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए निर्वाचन की अधिसूचना जारी की जाएगी।
साहू ने बताया कि प्रथम चरण के मतदान के लिए व्यापक तैयारियाँ की गई हैं। 18 विधानसभा सीटों के लिए 31 लाख 79 हजार 520 मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे। शतप्रतिशत मतदान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए 4 हजार 336 मतदान केन्द्र बनाए गए हैं। इस चरण में 16 लाख 21 हजार 839 महिला, 15 लाख 57 हजार 592 पुरूष तथा 89 तृतीय लिंग के मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर सकेंगे।
मंगलवार को अधिसूचना जारी होते ही 18 विधासभा सीटों के लिए प्रत्याशी अपना नामांकन भर सकेंगे। 23 अक्टूबर नामांकन जमा करने के अंतिम तिथि है। 24 अक्टूबर को नामांकन पत्रों की जाँच की जाएगी तथा प्रत्याशी 26 अक्टूबर तक अपना नाम वापस ले सकेंगे। प्रथम चरण के लिए 12 नवंबर को मतदान होगा जबकि दोनों ही चरणों के लिए मतगणना 11 दिसंबर को होगी।
प्रथम चरण में बस्तर संभाग के सुकमा जिले के कोंटा विधानसभा सीट, बीजापुर जिले के बीजापुर, दंतेवाड़ा जिले के दंतेवाड़ा, बस्तर जिले के चित्रकोट, बस्तर और जगदलपुर, नारायणपुर जिले के नारायणपुर, कोण्डागाँव जिले के केशकाल और कोण्डागाँव, कांकेर जिले के अंतागढ़, भानुप्रतापुर और कांकेर तथा राजनांदगाँव जिले के खैरागढ़, डोंगरगढ़, राजनांदगाँव, डोंगरगाँव, खुज्जी और मोहला-मानपुर विधानसभा सीटों के लिए मतदान होंगे।
