करकेली साप्ताहिक बाजार में आरक्षक ‘मज्जी सोमा’ की हत्या में शामिल 03 स्थाई वारंटी गिरफ्तार, बेदरे थाने की कार्यवाही
छत्तीसगढ़ 

बीजापुर। जिले के थाना बेदरे से थाना प्रभारी उप निरीक्षक विरेन्द्र वर्मा, उनि निर्मल जांगड़े व जिला बल ग्राम कोड़ेपल्ली, इड़कापल्ली की ओर नक्सली गश्त सर्चिंग, नक्सली आरोपियों/वारंटियों की तलाश में रवाना हुई थी। जहाँ पुलिस पार्टी के द्वारा ग्राम इड़कापल्ली से नक्सली मामलों के फरार 03 आरोपी स्थाई वारंटी को पकड़ने में सफलता अर्जित की गई।

पुलिस को तीनों आरोपियों की लम्बे समय से तलाश थी। जिसमें :

  • 1. वाचम हिरिया उर्फ मैदा खुंटा पिता कारको उम्र 42 वर्ष साकिन इड़कापल्ली थाना बेदरे है, इसके विरूद्ध 06 नग स्थाई वांरट लंबित है जिसमें हत्या, हत्या का प्रयास, लूट, शासकीय कर्मचारियों को कर्तव्य में बाधा पहुँचाने, आगजनी, आर्म्स एक्ट, विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम के तहत्‌ मामला पंजीबद्ध है।
  • 2. वाचम डोली पिता बंडे उम्र 35 वर्ष साकिन इड़कापल्ली थाना बेदरे है।
  • 3. वाचम सायबी पिता बिज्जा उम्र 28 वर्ष साकिन इड़कापल्ली थाना बेदरे है। ये दोनों आरक्षक सोमा मज्जी को दिनांक 27/06/2014 को करकेली साप्ताहिक बाजार में हत्या की घटना में शामिल थे। पुलिस को मुखबीर से सूचना के आधार पर इन्हे पकड़ने में सफलता अर्जित हुई।

उपरोक्त तीनों स्थाई वारंटियों को थाना बेदरे में विधिवत् कार्यवाही उपरान्त आज न्यायालय-बीजापुर के समक्ष पेश किया गया।
