रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ में विधानसभा के आम निर्वाचन के दौरान लागू आदर्श आचार संहिता तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त हो गई है। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने इस आशय का पत्र 13 दिसम्बर 2018 को मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को प्रेषित किया है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रदेश में विगत 06 अक्टूबर को विधानसभा निर्वाचन के कार्यक्रम की घोषणा के साथ ही आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू हो गई थी। निर्वाचन के परिणामों की घोषणा के बाद प्रदेश में निर्वाचन की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण हो गई है। अतः आयोग ने आदर्श आचार संहिता तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त कर दी है।
