जगदलपुर। दी बस्तर डिस्ट्रिक्ट आंध्रा एसोसिएशन जिला बस्तर के आम सभा की बैठक में समाज के द्विवार्षिक 2018- 20 के प्रबंधकारिणी गठन हेतु चुनाव अधिकारी एल.ईश्वर राव को नियुक्त किया गया। चुनाव अधिकारी के द्वारा 24 अगस्त 2018 को अधिसूचना जारी कर समाज के द्विवार्षिक चुनाव की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी है।
चुनाव अधिकारी एल. ईश्वर राव ने बताया कि दि बस्तर डिस्ट्रीक आंध्र एशोसियेशन जिला बस्तर के पांच पदों अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सचिव, संयुक्त सचिव एवं कोषाध्यक्ष का निर्वाचन होगा। मतदाता जिनका नाम अंतिम प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची में दर्शित होगा मतदान कर सकेगें । मतदान 9 सितम्बर 2018 को दि बस्तर डिस्ट्रीक आंध्र एशोसियेशन भवन सिविल लाईन जगदलपुर में संपन्न कराये जायेगे । नाम निर्देशन प्राप्त एवं प्रस्तुत करने की तिथि 30 अगस्त से 31 अगस्त तक संध्या 6 बजे से 8 बजे तक किया जा सकेगा।
नाम निर्देशन पत्रों की संवीक्षा एवं वैध अभ्यार्थियों के नाम का प्रथम प्रकाशन 1 सितम्बर संध्या 7.30 बजे होगा । नाम निर्देशन पत्र की वापसी 2 सितम्बर संध्या 6 बजे से रात्रि 8 बजे तक किया जा सकेगा । वैध नाम निर्देशन पत्र वापसी उपरांत अभ्यार्थियों के नामों का अंतिम प्रकाशन 3 सितम्बर को किया जावेगा। एवं उसके तत्काल पश्चात चुनाव यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो चुनाव चिन्ह आंबटन किया जावेगा । मतदाता 9 सितम्बर प्रातः 9.30 बजे से अपरान्ह 2 बजे तक मताधिकार का उपयोग कर सकेंगे । तदुपरांत मतगणना किया जावेगा । निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोषणा एवं निर्वाचन प्रमाण पत्र का वितरण 9 सितम्बर को ही मतगणना समाप्ति के तत्काल पश्चात् सुनिश्चित कर दिया जावेगा।
