जगदलपुर। बस्तर लोकसभा चुनाव में हुए मतदान के मतों की गणना के लिए शुक्रवार को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। बस्तर लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए नियुक्त रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं बस्तर जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी डाॅ. अय्याज तम्बोली, सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी एवं कोंडागांव जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री नीलकंठ टीकाम, नारायणपुर जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री पदुम सिंह एल्मा, बीजापुर जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री केडी कुंजाम, दंतेवाड़ा जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री टोपेश्वर वर्मा, सुकमा जिला के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री चंदन कुमार की उपस्थिति में सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों, मतगणना सहायक रिटर्निंग अधिकारी, सभी उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी और मास्टर ट्रेनरों को यह प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
बस्तर जिले के अंतर्गत आने वाले जगदलपुर, बस्तर और चित्रकोट विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना शासकीय धरमपुरा पाॅलिटेक्निक काॅलेज महाविद्यालय जगदलपुर में की जाएगी। वहीं कोंडागांव विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना कोंडागांव में, नारायणपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना नारायणपुर में, बीजापुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना बीजापुर में, दंतेवाड़ा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना दंतेवाड़ा में और कोंटा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के मतों की गणना सुकमा में की जाएगी। मतगणना लोकसभा निर्वाचन के लिए निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार 23 मई को सुबह 8 बजे प्रारंभ होगी। प्रशिक्षण में उप मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी यूएस अग्रवाल द्वारा मतगणना के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था एवं कर्मचारियों की नियुक्त तथा मतगणना सामग्री का मतगणना हाल में प्रवेश के लिए अधिकृत व्यक्तियों, गणना अभिकर्ता आदि के प्रवेश एवं मतगणना केन्द्र की सुरक्षा के संबंध में प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। मतगणना कक्ष में किसी भी सुरक्षाधारी जनप्रतिनिधि अथवा सुरक्षा अधिकारी के प्रवेश पर पाबंदी के साथ ही निर्वाचित विधायक अथवा सांसद की मतगणना अभिकर्ता के रुप में नियुक्ति पर पाबंदी के संबंध में भी जानकारी दी गई।
मतगणना के लिए कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति रेंडमाईजेशन के आधार पर किया जाएगा। मतों की गणना विधानसभावार 14-14 टेबलों में की जाएगी। पहले डाक मतपत्रों की गणना शुरू की जाएगी। इसके बाद इवीएम मशीन में डाले गए मतों की गणना की जाएगी। प्रत्येक विधानसभा क्षेत्र के पांच मतदान केन्द्रों की वीवीपैट के पर्चियों भी गणना की जाएगी। उप मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्रीकांत वर्मा द्वारा इवीएम के कंट्रोल यूनिट में दर्ज मतों गणना तथा वीवीपैट के पर्चियों की गणना के संबंध में बताया गया।
सहायक मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी जागेश्वर कौशल द्वारा ईटीपीवीएस व डाक मत पत्रांे के गणना के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोषणा तथा मतगणना बाद इलेक्ट्राॅनिक वोटिंग मशीन एवं अन्य निर्वाचन सामग्री के सीलिंग के संबंध में भी जानकारी गई। इस अवसर पर मास्टर ट्रेनर श्री जेएल शर्मा एवं श्री बी रामकुमार द्वारा ईवीएम मशीन मतगणना का प्रदर्शन किया गया।
