माटवाड़ा के इसी आश्रम में पढ़ती थी बुलबुल
बीजापुर। माटवाड़ा में कक्षा पहली में अध्ययन करने वाली छात्रा बुलबुल कुड़ियम की जगदलपुर ले जाते समय ऑक्सीजन की कमी से मृत्यु होने के मामले को लेकर आज जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी ने पीड़ित परिवार से तोयनार जाकर मुलाकात की।
पीड़ित परिवार ने कांग्रेस पार्टी के जाँच दल को बताया की माटवाडा आश्रम में अध्ययनरत् कुमारी बुलबुल कुड़ियम को हल्का बुखार हुआ, उसके दो दिन बाद उक्त आश्रम अधीक्षक ने उसकी इलाज कराने के बजाय उस बच्ची को घर ले जाने को कहा। उसके बाद परिजनों ने बच्ची को जिला अस्पताल बीजापुर में भर्ती कराया। तीन दिन बीजापुर में इलाज करने के बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने बच्ची को गम्भीर अवस्था में मेड़िकल कॉलेज जगदलपुर के लिए रेफ़र कर दिया। जिस एंबुलेंस में उस बच्ची को ले जाया जा रहा था उसमें केवल एक ड्राइवर मात्र था और उस एंबुलेंस में ऑक्सीजन अतिरिक्त व्यवस्था नहीं थी, जिससे ऑक्सीजन तोकापाल पहुँचते-पहुँचते ख़त्म हुआ और तोकापाल के ही हॉस्पिटल में हम परिजनों ने ड्राइवर की मदद से ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर की माँग की, लेकिन मौजूद स्वास्थ्य कर्मी के द्वारा ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर देने से मना कर दिया। जैसे-तैसे वे मेडिकल कॉलेज जगदलपुर पहुँच गए लेकिन वहाँ उपस्थित डॉक्टरों ने कहा कि इसकी मृत्यु कुछ घंटे पहले हो चुकी है। उसके बाद हम वापस तोयनार आए। परिजनों ने ये सारी घटना हॉस्पिटल प्रबंधन की लापरवाही से होने की बात कही, जिसके कारण आज बुलबुल की मृत्यु हुई है।
वहीं जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी ने प्रशासन व सरकार से माँग की है कि इस पूरे मामले की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए इस मामले में जो भी दोषी हैं उन पर कठोर कार्यवाही करते हुए पीड़ित परिवार को पच्चीस लाख रुपए की आर्थिक सहायता दिया जाए। इस सम्बंध में जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी ने कलेक्टर बीजापुर को एक ज्ञापन भी सौंपा है।
