जगदलपुर। कलेक्टर डाॅ. अय्याज तम्बोली ने सभी शासकीय भवनों में अनिवार्य तौर पर रैन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को गंभीरतापूर्वक नहीं करने वाले अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी। मंगलवार को कलेक्टोरेट में आयोजित समय सीमा बैठक में कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी क्षेत्रों से जलसंकट के समाचार निरंतर आ रहे हैं और जलसंकट की इस समस्या से बस्तर भी अछूता नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि निरंतर गिरते भू-जल स्तर को संभालने के लिए रैन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा आमतौर पर वर्षा का 5 फीसदी जल ही जमीन की गहराई तक जा पाता है, किन्तु रैन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग सिस्टम से 25 फीसदी तक वर्षा जल को जमीन की गहराई में वापस पहुंचाकर भू-जल स्तर को फिर से बेहतर किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने यहां बताया कि वन विभाग के पास लगभग 12 लाख पौधे तथा उद्यानिकी विभाग के पास लगभग 50 हजार पौधे उपलब्ध हैं। उन्होंने सभी विभागों के माध्यम से इनका रोपण करने के निर्देश दिए।
बैठक में उन्होंने चिटफंड कार्य में जुटी कंपनियों पर लगाम कसने के लिए शहर में संचालित सभी माईक्रो फायनेंस कम्पनियों की जानकारी जुटाने के निर्देेश दिए। उन्होंने किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड बनाए जाने तथा किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत किसानों की जानकारी पोर्टल में दर्ज करने के कार्य में गति लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने एयरपोर्ट क्षेत्र के आसपास बिना अनुमति किए जा रहे निर्माण कार्यों पर तत्काल रोक लगाने के साथ ही ऐसे कार्यों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए। कलेक्टर ने लोक सेवा गारंटी अनिधियम के तहत दिए जा रहे सभी सेवाओं को निर्धारित समय के भीतर अनिवार्य तौर पर प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यात्री वाहनों की जांच कर उनमें पाई जाने वाली अनियमितताओं के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए।
