जगदलपुर। विधानसभा चुनाव मे भारी बहुमत के साथ अपनी सरकार बना कर मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में अपने सफर की शुरुआत करने वाले भूपेश बघेल जी लोकसभा चुनाव तक के सफर में छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता के द्वारा बुरी तरह से ठुकरा दिए जाने से भयभीत हो कर प्रदेश भर में राशन कार्ड नवीनीकरण के बहाने गरीब परिवारों तक अपनी फोटो वाले राशन कार्ड के माध्यम से अपनी पहचान कायम रखने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं । भारतीय जनता पार्टी जगदलपुर नगर अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र बाजपेयी ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा है कि सत्ता में आते ही प्रदेश के गरीबों से चना और नमक छीन लेने वाले मुख्यमंत्री राशनकार्ड नवीनीकरण के नाम पर कार्डधारियों को सिर्फ परेशान कर रहे हैं । कार्ड नवीनीकरण शिविर में पहुँच रहे कार्डधारी एक जगह से दूसरी जगह भटक रहे हैं । कार्डधारियों की उपलब्ध सूची में बहुत सी विसंगतियां हैं । लोग अपना नाम नही खोज पा रहे हैं । शिविरों में आवश्यक सुविधाओं का अभाव है। ज्यादातर शिविर स्कूलों में बनाए जाने से स्कूली बच्चों का शिक्षा सत्र प्रभावित हो रहा है। *गरीबी रेखा के नीचे अपना जीवन व्यतीत करने वाले बहुत से ऐसे लोग जो आज भी बीपीएल राशनकार्ड से वंचित हैं उनका राशन कार्ड बनवाने का कार्य यदि प्रदेश सरकार करवा रही होती तो हम इसका स्वागत करते। प्रदेश के सारे राशनकार्ड जो पहले से ही आधार कार्ड से जुड़े हुए हैं उन कार्डों का फिर से नवीनीकरण के बहाने सरकार अपने भय को दूर करने में लगी हुई है। लोकसभा चुनाव में प्रदेश के 66 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में भाजपा को मिली भारी बढ़त से मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल जी बेचैन हो उठे हैं। उन्हें ये महसूस होने लगा है कि मात्र सात महीने में ही उनके कुशासन से जनता बहुत ज्यादा नाराज है। और अपने इसी भय को दूर भगाने राशनकार्ड नवीनीकरण के नाम पर अपनी फोटो वाले राशनकार्ड के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री जी जनता के घर तक पहुंचने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं । माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी से हमारा ये अनुरोध है कि प्रदेश में बीपीएल कार्ड से वंचित पात्र गरीबों के लिए राशनकार्ड बनाने का कार्य जल्द से जल्द शुरू किया जाए। प्रदेश के राशनकार्ड धारियों से छीना गया नमक और चना वितरण फिर से शुरू किया जाए। राशनकार्ड में अपनी फोटो लगा कर बांटने से अच्छा होगा कि तत्कालीन भाजपा सरकार द्वारा गरीबों के लिए संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को बन्द ना करें बल्किं उनका लाभ पुनः गरीबों को देना शुरू करें । छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता को आपकी फोटो की नहीं, केन्द्र सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लाभ की आवश्यकता है।
