जिले में स्थित चित्रकोट और तीरथगढ़ पर्यटन स्थल की सीमा से 100 गज दूरी पर पीली लाईन खींचकर इसे तम्बाकू मुक्त क्षेत्र बनाया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को भी तम्बाकू मुक्त क्षेत्र बनाकर टीआॅईएफआई अवार्ड के लिए नामांकित करने की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। सभी शासकीय कार्यालयों के साथ ही निर्माण स्थलों को भी तम्बाकू मुक्त क्षेत्र बनाने के लिए श्रम विभाग के सहयोग से कार्य किया जाएगा।
