कलेक्टरों को लिखा पत्र, कहा चेकलिस्ट तैयार कर छात्रावासों का करें आकस्मिक निरीक्षण
रायपुर। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने सभी कलेक्टरों को पत्र लिखकर आवासीय शालाओं, छात्रावासों और आश्रमों में सभी सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों के माध्यम से सभी आवासीय परिसरों के निरीक्षण के लिए रोस्टर और चेकलिस्ट तैयार करने तथा कलेक्टरों को भी स्वयं आकस्मिक निरीक्षण करने कहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कलेक्टरों को लिखे पत्र में कहा है कि वे आने वाले समय में स्वयं आश्रमों और छात्रावासों का आकस्मिक निरीक्षण करेंगे। वहां भोजन की गुणवत्ता जांचने छात्रों के साथ भोजन भी करेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा है कि शासकीय आश्रमों, छात्रावासों एवं अन्य आवासीय शालाओं में बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राएं अध्ययनरत हैं। इन परिसरों में आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने सरकार द्वारा पर्याप्त आवंटन दिया जाता है। अनेक स्थानों से यह जानकारी मिली है कि इन परिसरों में सामान्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने और रखरखाव पर अपेक्षित ध्यान नहीं दिया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कलेक्टरों से अपेक्षा की है कि वे शासकीय परिसरों में रहने वाले छात्रों के प्रति संवदेनशीलता रखें और उन्हें अपने परिवार का सदस्य मानते हुए उनके लिए अपेक्षित सभी सुविधाएं उन्हें निरंतर मुहैया कराने के लिए विशेष प्रसास करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने छात्रावासों में साफ-सफाई, रंग-रोगन, बच्चों के कपड़े, गद्दे, तकिए, चादर, टेबल, कुर्सी, पलंग, प्रकाश व्यवस्था, किताबें, कम्प्यूटर, इनवर्टर, फर्स्ट एड, टेलीविजन और गुणवत्तायुक्त भोजन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कलेक्टरों को आवासीय शालाओं में विद्यार्थियों के रहने के लिए गरिमापूर्ण व्यवस्था करने कहा है जिससे कि उन्हें पढ़ाई का अनुकूल वातावरण मिल सके और वे उत्कृष्ट नागरिक बन सकें।
