बीजापुर। छत्तीसगढ़़ में शिक्षा सत्र 01 जुलाई से शुरू होने को है। वहीं बीजापुर के हृदयस्थल में मौजूद कन्या हाईस्कूल में अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थी और परिजन भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित हैं। दरअसल सरकार के एक आदेश और शिक्षा विभाग की बडी लापरवाही की वजह से बीजापुर की 1-2 नहीं बल्कि 779 बच्चियों के भविष्य पर संकट खडा हो गया है। बेटी पढाओ बेटी बचाओ का नारा देने वाली सरकार ने गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने के नाम पर जिला मुख्यालय के हदय स्थल में 25 सालों से संचालित कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल का अस्तित्व ही खत्म कर दिया है।

25 साल पहले 1995 में कांग्रेसी नेता व तत्कालीन विधायक राजेन्द्र पाम्भोई ने जनभागीदारी के माध्यम से इसकी नींव रखी थी। 25 साल बाद कांग्रेस की सरकार में शिक्षा विभाग की बड़ी लापरवाही की वजह से इस स्कूल का अस्तित्व पूरी तरह खत्म हो चुका है। दरअसल 17 फरवरी को छत्तीसगढ शासन के स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव डाॅ आलोक शुक्ला नेे प्रदेश के हर जिले में सी बी एस ई इंग्लिश मिडियम स्कूल खोलने के लिए एक आदेश जारी किया। जिसमें उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया हुआ है कि शहर में संचालित ऐसे स्कूल का चयन किया जाये जिसमें छात्रों की संख्या बेहद कम हो। मगर बीजापुर में शिक्षा विभाग ने लापरवाही की सारी हदें पार करते हुए सीबीएसई इंग्लिश मिडियम स्कूल के संचालन के लिए कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल का चयन किया जिसमें पहले से 779 छात्रायें अध्ययनरत हैं। शिक्षा विभाग ने कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल के डाईस कोड को सीबीएसई इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल के नाम पर पंंजीकृत कर दिया है। जिससे दस्तावेजों में अब कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल का अस्तित्व पूरी तरह से खत्म हो चुका है। अब यहां अध्ययनरत छात्राओं के साथ ही उनके अभिभावकों के माथे पर चिंता की लकीरें आ गयीं हैं। बेहद चिंतित, परेशान छात्रायें हर रोज स्कूल पहुुंचकर शिक्षकों से पूछते हैं कि अब वे आगे कि पढाई किस स्कूल में करेंगे।

दरअसल जिला मुख्यालय में कन्या हायर सेकंडरी के अलावा बाॅयज हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल संचालित है। मगर इस स्कूल में संसाधनों के अभाव के साथ ही दर्ज छात्रों के मुकाबले क्लासरूम बेहद कम हैं। जिस कारण कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं का दाखिला बाॅयज हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल में नहीं हो सकता। ऐसे में कन्या हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं को आगे की पढाई करनी हो तो उन्हे बीजापुर से बाहर अपने घर से दूर रहकर पढाई करनी होगी।

इस संबंध में जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी दुब्बा समैया कह रहे हैं कि शासन के मंशानुरूप ही ये फैसला लिया गया है। साथ ही अब तक जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ये तय नहीं कर पाये हैं कि इस स्कूल में अध्ययनरत छात्रायें जायें ता जायें कहां पढें तो पढें कहां..??

भाजपा के कद्दावर नेता पूर्व मंत्री महेश गागडा ने भी सरकार और शिक्षा विभाग को कटघरे में खडे करते हुए कहा है कि कांग्रेस की सरकार ने न केवल 779 बच्चियों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड किया है, बल्कि हजारों परिवारों के साथ अन्याय किया है।

बीजापुर विधायक एवं बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष “विक्रम शाह मंडावी” ने कन्या हायर सेकेंडरी स्कूल बंद होने के भाजपा के आरोप को गलत बताते हुए कहा कि कन्या हायर सेकण्डरी स्कूल के डाइस कोड में ही इंगलिश मीडियम स्कूल संचालित होगा।

इस संबंध में बीजापुर नगर पालिका उपाध्यक्ष और इस स्कूल के शाला प्रबंधन समिति के सदस्य पुरुषोत्तम सल्लूर कहते हैं कि शिक्षा विभाग ने लापरवाही की सारी हदों को पार कर न केवल स्कूल में अध्ययनरत छात्राओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड किया है बल्कि यहां अध्यापन का कार्य कर रहे शिक्षकों के साथ अन्याय किया है। साथ इस स्कूल से लगाव रखने वाले जिले के हजारों लोगों की भावनाओं को भी ठेस पहुंचाया है।
