विदेश यात्रा से लौटकर क्वारेंटाइन में नहीं रहने वालों के खिलाफ सरकार हुई सख़्त, मामला दर्ज
छत्तीसगढ़ सोशल स्वास्थ्य 

रायपुर। पुलिस ने विदेश प्रवास से लौटने की जानकारी नहीं देने और होम-क्वारेंटाइन में नहीं रहने वाले भिलाई के एक युवक के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया है। सुपेला थाने में युवक के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 269, 270 और 271 तथा महामारी अधिनियम, 1897 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया है। प्रदेश में कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण रोकने विदेश और अंतर्राज्यीय प्रवास से लौटने वालों को क्वारेंटाइन किया जा रहा है। विदेश से लौटने की जानकारी छुपाने और क्वारेंटाइन में नहीं रहने वालों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जा रही है।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने पिछले 15 दिनों में विदेश से लौटने वाले सभी लोगों को हेल्पलाइन नंबर 104 पर फोन कर सूचित करने और 14 दिनों तक होम-क्वारेंटाइन में रहने की कई बार अपील की है। इसका उल्लंघन करने वालों को कानूनी कार्यवाही करने की भी चेतावनी दी गई है। प्रदेश में महामारी अधिनियम, 1897 भी प्रभावी है। जानकारी छिपाने और जन स्वास्थ्य को खतरे में डालने वालों पर पुलिस द्वारा कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
