जगदलपुर। कलेक्टर एवं जिला दण्डाधिकारी डाॅ. अय्याज तम्बोली के निर्देशानुसार बस्तर जिले में लाॅकडाउन के दौरान प्रतिबंधित सामग्रियों के बिक्री करने वालों तथा मास्क का उपयोग एवं सामाजिक दूरी का पालन नहीं करने वाले दुकानदारों के विरूद्ध लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है। इसके अन्तर्गत अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी बस्तर गोकुल रावटे ने गत् दिनों बस्तर विकासखण्ड के ग्राम ऊसरी के एक किराना दुकान संचालक के विरूद्ध दुकान में मादक पदार्थो की बिक्री करने तथा दुकान संचालन करते समय मास्क का उपयोग नहीं करने एवं सामाजिक दूरी का पालन नहीं करने पर उनके विरूद्ध आईपीसी की धारा 188 के तहत् एफआईआर दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी गोकुल रावटे को इस संबंध में शिकायत मिलने पर उन्होंने जांच दल को ग्राम ऊसरी पहुंच कर किराना दुकान का जांच करने के निर्देश दिए। जांच के दौरान दुकान संचालक को 01 कार्टून गुडाखु अत्यधिक मात्रा में गुटखा एवं तम्बाकु का विक्रय करते पाया गया। इसके अलावा दुकान संचालक द्वारा मास्क का उपयोग नहीं करने के अलावा दुकान में सामाजिक दूरी का पालन भी नहीं कराया जा रहा था। कार्रवाई के दौरान अनुविभागीय दण्डाधिकारी गोकुल रावटे के अलावा तहसीलदार बस्तर, ग्राम पंचायत के सरपंच, जनपद सदस्य एवं आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित थे।
