पंजीयन कार्यालय में काम हुआ शुरू, सप्ताह में दो दिन बुधवार और शुक्रवार को दस्तावेजों का होगा पंजीयन

जगदलपुर। राज्य के पंजीयन कार्यालयों में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण की रोकथाम के लिए देशव्यापी लाॅकडाउन के फलस्वरूप 23 मार्च से 3 मई 2020 तक दस्तावेजों का पंजीयन कार्य बंद कर दिया गया था। चूंकि देस्तावेजों का पंजीयन महत्वपूर्ण अर्थिक गतिविधि है। जनसुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य शासन द्वारा 4 मई से राज्य के पंजीयन कार्यालयों में पंजीयन का कार्य चालू करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। छत्तीसगढ़ शासन वाणिज्यिक कर (पंजीयन) विभाग के निर्देशानुसार नोवेल कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमण की रोकथाम हेतु राज्य के सभी पंजीयन कार्यालय में आवश्यक व्यवस्था करते हुए कार्यालय को चालू किये जाने हेतु दिशा निर्देश जारी किया गया है।

जिला पंजीयन कार्यालय जगदलपुर से प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार पंजीयन कार्यालय सप्ताह में दो दिन बुधवार एवं शुक्रवार को दस्तावेज का पंजीयन किये जाने निर्धारित की गई है। केवल सीमित संख्या में पक्षकारों को पंजीयन कार्यालय में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ऑनलाईन आपाॅइंटमेंट प्रणाली लागू की गई है। इसके तहत् इच्छुक पक्षकार विभाग के पोर्टल में जाकर या मोबाईल ऐप का इस्तेमाल कर दस्तावेज पंजीयन के लिए ऑनलाईन अपाॅइंटमेंट बुक कर सकेंगे। पंजीयन कार्यालय में उन्हीं पक्षकारों और गवाहों को प्रवेश की अनुमति दी जाएगी। जिन्होंने पहले से ही ऑनलाईन बुकिंग कराई है इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य पक्षकार अथवा दस्तावेज लेखक को पंजीयन कार्यालय में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। पंजीयन के दौरान फिजिकल डिस्टेसिंग एवं हैंड सैनिटाईजेंशन का पालन किया जाएगा।
