रायपुर। प्रदेश के राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन मंत्री तथा बीजापुर जिले के प्रभारी जयसिंह अग्रवाल ने आज कोरबा से वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेसिंग के जरिए जिले में कोरोना वायरस (कोविड-19) से बचाव नियंत्रण रोकथाम सहित जिले में चल रहे विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा की। वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेसिंग में बस्तर के सांसद दीपक बैज एवं विधायक विक्रम मंडावीं विशेष रूप से शामिल हुए। जिले के कलेक्टर के डी कुन्जाम ने विकास कार्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। क्षेत्रीय विधायक विक्रम मंडावी ने प्रभारी मंत्री अग्रवाल से आग्रह किया कि वनोपज संग्राहकों को भुगतान नगद किया जाए तो उनके लिए बहुत सुविधाजनक होगा। इसके लिए प्रभारी मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में समुचित व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए।
प्रभारी मंत्री जयसिंह अग्रवाल ने जिले में कोरोना वायरस की रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए किए जा रहे कार्यो की समीक्षा करते हुए बीजापुर जिला अस्पताल में कोविड अस्पताल, आईसोलेशन वार्ड, कोरोना टेस्टिंग के संबंध में जानकारी ली। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि जिले में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण पूरी तरह से नियंत्रित है। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि जिले में अब तक 500 लोगों की जांच की गयी, जिसमें 400 लोगों की रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आयी है। शेष टेस्टिंग प्रक्रिया जारी है। बाहर से आने वाले मजदूरों को स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कर क्वारेंटाइन में रखा जा रहा है और उन्हें रोजगार के लिए नरेगा सहित अन्य योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। जिला पंचायत बीजापुर के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी ने बताया कि महात्मा गांधी रोजगार गारंटी योजना के तहत् बन रहे तालाब, डबरी सहित अन्य कार्यों में करीब 22 हजार मजदूर कार्य कर रहें हैं। कलेक्टर ने बताया कि विवादित प्रकरणों में लगभग 72 % प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया जा चुका है जिले में कोई अविवादित प्रकरण नहीं है। सीमांकन के 80 % प्रकरण का निराकरण किया जा चुका है।
वीडियो काफन्फ्रेंसिंग के दौरान जिले में खरिफ मौसम की तैयारी सहित विभिन्न निमार्ण कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई। प्रभारी मंत्री श्री अग्रवाल ने स्वीकृत अधूरे निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए और बारिश से पहले जिले के दुर्गम और पहुंच विहीन क्षेत्रोें की पीडीएस दुकानों में खाद्यान भण्डारण करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने ऐसे व्यक्ति जिनके राशनकार्ड नहीं बन पाए उन्हें निर्देशानुसार राशन उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए। इसी तरह से मुख्यमंत्री सुपोषण अभियान के तहत आंगनबाड़ी में दर्ज हितग्राहियों को उनके घर सूखा अनाज खाद्यान के रूप में उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए है। प्रभारी मंत्री ने जिले में लघु वनोपज आधारित उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समुचित कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए हैं।
