जगदलपुर। भारतीय जनता पार्टी जगदलपुर नगर के द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर भाजपा कार्यालय में योगाभ्यास किया गया। कोरोना महामारी के संक्रमणकाल में सरकार द्वारा जारी दिशानिर्देश एवं सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए सीमित संख्या में उपस्थितजनों को भाजपा नगर अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र बाजपेयी ने योगाभ्यास करवाया। नमस्कार मुद्रा से शुरू हुआ योगाभ्यास ताड़ासन, वृक्षासन, अर्धचक्रासन, भद्रासन, वज्रासन, शशकासन, वक्रासन, मकरासन, भुजंगासन, अर्धलहासन,पवन मुक्तासन, शवासन, अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी आसन, ध्यान क्रिया और “सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिना: सर्वे सन्तु निरामय:” की भावना एवं संकल्प के साथ योगाभ्यास समाप्त हुआ।
इस अवसर पर योगेन्द्र पाण्डेय, श्रीधर ओझा, रामाश्रय सिंह, रजनीश पाणीग्राही, दिगम्बर राव, अभय दीक्षित, योगेश ठाकुर, अमर झा, किशोर साहू एवं उत्पल मण्डावी ने योगाभ्यास किया।
