रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ में कोविड-19 के बेहतर प्रबंधन के परिणाम अब दिखने लगे हैं। प्रदेश में कोविड-19 मरीजों की रिकवरी दर सभी पड़ोसी राज्यों से बेहतर है। यहां 78.4 प्रतिशत मरीज ठीक हो गए हैं। वहीं महाराष्ट्र में यह दर 54.2 प्रतिशत, मध्यप्रदेश में 76.7 प्रतिशत, उत्तरप्रदेश में 69.1 प्रतिशत, आंध्रप्रदेश में 45.4 प्रतिशत, तेलंगाना में 48.8 प्रतिशत, ओड़िशा में 72.9 प्रतिशत और झारखंड में 76.9 प्रतिशत है। प्रदेश में अब तक कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव पाए गए 3023 में से 2362 मरीज स्वस्थ हो गए हैं।

राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर छत्तीसगढ़ सबसे अच्छे रिकवरी दर वालों राज्यों में चौथे स्थान पर है। कोविड-19 के 50 से अधिक मरीज वाले राज्यों में केवल उत्तराखंड, राजस्थान और त्रिपुरा की रिकवरी दर ही छत्तीसगढ़ से अधिक है। मृत्यु दर के मामले में भी छत्तीसगढ़ पड़ोसी राज्यों से बेहतर है। यहां मृत्यु दर का प्रतिशत केवल 0.5 है। वहीं पड़ोसी राज्य महाराष्ट्र में यह दर 4.4 प्रतिशत, मध्यप्रदेश में 4.2 प्रतिशत, आंध्रप्रदेश में 1.2 प्रतिशत, तेलंगाना में 1.5 प्रतिशत, ओड़िशा में 0.5 प्रतिशत और झारखंड में 0.6 प्रतिशत है।

कोविड-19 के संभावित प्रसार को ध्यान में रखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के निर्देश पर प्रदेश में फरवरी माह के शुरूआत में ही इस पर नियंत्रण और रोकथाम की तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई थी। कोरोना वायरस जांच की सुविधा प्रारंभ में केवल एम्स रायपुर में थी। जगदलपुर, रायपुर और रायगढ़ के शासकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों में उच्च स्तरीय लैब तैयार कर कोविड-19 की आरटीपीसीआर जांच सुविधा का विस्तार किया गया है। रायपुर के लालपुर स्थित आईआरएल लैब और निजी क्षेत्र के एसआरएल लैब में भी कोरोना वायरस की जांच की जा रही है। जांच का दायरा बढ़ाने पूल-टेस्टिंग भी की जा रही है। अभी तक प्रदेश में एक लाख 66 हजार 656 लोगों के सैंपल की जांच की जा चुकी है। पॉजिटिव पाए गए 3023 लोगों में से 2362 के ठीक हो जाने के बाद अभी सक्रिय मरीजों की संख्या 647 है।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री टी.एस. सिंहदेव ने बताया कि प्रदेश के आठ क्षेत्रीय और 22 जिला स्तरीय अस्पतालों में कोविड-19 के मरीजों के इलाज की व्यवस्था की गई है। इन अस्पतालों में 3384 लोगों का उपचार किया जा सकता है। इनमें 445 आईसीयू और 296 एचडीयू (High Dependency Unit) बिस्तरों की भी व्यवस्था है। इन अस्पतालों के साथ ही 146 कोविड केयर सेंटर भी बनाए गए हैं जहां 8161 लोगों को रखा जा सकता है। सभी कोविड अस्पतालों में एन-95 मास्क, पीपीई किट, ट्रिपल लेयर मास्क, वीटीएम और जरूरी दवाईयों के पर्याप्त संख्या में इंतजाम सुनिश्चित किए गए हैं। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री श्री सिंहदेव स्टेट कोविड कंट्रोल एंड कमाड सेंटर के माध्यम से जांच और इलाज की व्यवस्थाओं की लगातार समीक्षा कर रहे हैं। विभाग द्वारा प्रदेश भर में संचालित 166 क्वारेंटाइन सेंटर्स में भी 15,835 बिस्तर हैं।

प्रदेश में बड़ी संख्या में प्रवासी श्रमिकों की वापसी को देखते हुए ग्राम पंचायतों और नगरीय निकायों में करीब 21 हजार क्वारेंटाइन सेंटर बनाए गए हैं जिनकी क्षमता लगभग सात लाख है। विभिन्न राज्यों से प्रदेश लौटे साढ़े चार लाख श्रमिक 14 दिनों की क्वारेंटीन अवधि पूर्ण कर अपने घर पहुंच चुके हैं। स्वयं के और दूसरों लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा कि दृष्टि से उन्हें दस दिनों तक होम-क्वारेंटाइन में रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
