घर पर रहने सहित सुरक्षित आश्रय लेने की सलाह

जगदलपुर। राज्य शासन द्वारा बरसात के दिनों में वज्रपात एवं गाज से बचाव सम्बन्धी दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया गया है। जिसके तहत् आम लोगों को घर पर रहने सहित बाहर खुले में होने की स्थिति में सुरक्षित आश्रय स्थल पर रहने की सलाह दी गयी है। राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबन्धन विभाग द्वारा जारी परिपत्र में बारिश के दिनों में तीव्र गरज और आकाशीय बिजली से बचाव हेतु कहा गया है कि घर या कार्यस्थल में रहने के दौरान अंधेरे आसमान के बदलते रंग और बढ़ती हवा के वेग पर नजर रखें, गड़गड़ाहट सुनायी देने पर सावधान रहें और गाज के संपर्क में आने से बचें। इस दौरान घर के भीतर रहें और यथासंभव यात्रा से बचें। खिड़कियां एवं दरवाजे बंद करें और घर के बाहर की फर्नीचर, डिब्बे इत्यादि वस्तुओं को सुरक्षित रखें।

अनावश्यक बिजली उपकरणों के प्लग को अलग करने सहित बिजली के बटन-स्विच को छूने से बचें। घर के बच्चों और पालतू पशुओं को अंदर रखें। घर के पास पेड़ या मलबा हो, तो उसे समय पूर्व हटा देवें। स्नान या शाॅवर से बचें, चूंकि धातु के पाइप के साथ आकाशीय बिजली प्रवाहित होती है। इस दौरान बिजली के उपकरणों का उपयोग कदापि न किया जाये। फायरप्लेस, स्टोव्ह, बाॅथटब या अन्य किसी विद्युत कंडक्टर से दूर रहें। घर से बाहर खुले में रहने के दौरान तुरंत सुरक्षित आश्रय स्थल पर चले जायें। धातु संरचना या धातु चादर के साथ निर्माण जैसे आश्रय से बचें। आदर्श रूप से निचले क्षेत्र को आश्रय बनायें, लेकिन यह स्थान बाढ़ की संभावना से परे होना चाहिए। स्वयं को छोटा बनाने के लिये पैरों को एक साथ रखें और सिर नीचे रखें। जमीन पर सपाट खड़े न हों और पेड़ों के नीचे कदापि शरण न लेवें, यह स्थान गाज गिरने की संभावना हो सकती है।

साथ ही यात्रा या रास्ते पर होने की स्थिति में सायकिल, मोटर सायकिल या खेत में उपयोग करने वाले उपकरण ट्रेक्टर, पाॅवर ट्रिलर आदि से दूर रहें, जो आकाशीय बिजली को आकर्षित कर सकते हैं। इस दौरान स्वंय सुरक्षित आश्रय में चले जायें। यदि नौका विहार या तैराकी कर रहे हैं, तो तुरंत सुरक्षित शरण में चले जायें। आंधी तूफान के दौरान अपने वाहन में मदद प्राप्त होने तक रहने का प्रयास करें, लेकिन तूफान गुजरने तक धातु की छत जो सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है, उसे छूने से बचें। इस दौरान वाहन की खिड़कियां बंद होनी चाहिए और पेड़ या बिजली लाईन से वाहन को दूर पार्किंग करें। आकाशीय बिजली (गाज) गिरने से घायल व्यक्ति को तुरंत प्राथमिक उपचार के साथ ही निकटतम अस्पताल या स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र में पहुँचाकर चिकित्सकीय परामर्श अवश्य लिया जाये।
