जगदलपुर। राज्य सरकार द्वारा नक्सल हिंसा से पीड़ित परिवारों को पुनर्वास नीति के तहत् मुआवजा राशि और रोजगार के अवसर मुहैया कराती है। इसी प्रयास में जिला प्रशासन बस्तर द्वारा जिले में नक्सल हिंसा से पीड़ित परिवार के सदस्यों को रोजगार का अवसर प्रदान किया है। आमचो बस्तर कैंटिन के नाम से चलित कैंटिन संचालन करने का दायित्व उनको दिया गया है। जिला प्रशासन के मार्गदर्शन में नगर निगम के द्वारा स्वास्थ्य विभाग की कंडम हुई एंबुलेंस को माॅडीफाई कर मोबाइल कैंटिन के रूप बनाया। इस मोबाइल कैंटिन को संचालन का दायित्व नक्सल प्रभावित परिवार के सदस्यों को समूह के रूप में दिया गया है। इस आमचो बस्तर कैंटिन को शहर के मध्य स्थित चैपाटी में स्थानीय व्यंजनों का विक्रय करने के लिए जगह दी गई।
नक्सल हिंसा से पीड़ित परिवारों ने गांव छोड़कर शहर की ओर रूख किए उनमे जीने की ललक और रोजगार की चाहत को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन ने कैंटिन संचालन के लिए इस समूह को आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। इसमें लगभग 10 सदस्यों का समूह है। कैंटिन संचालन करने वाले समूह में छिंदगुर के माधव, कापानार की सोमारी कवासी, कोलेंग की शांति सेठिया, मरदापाल की सुशीला मानीकपुरी ने बताया कि वे पहले माओवाद से पीड़ित होकर जान बचाने शहर आ गए थे, जीवन यापन की चिंता सताए जा रही थी। प्रशासन व पुलिस विभाग के समक्ष रोजगार हेतु उन्होंने आवेदन दिया था। कैंटिन संचालन से अब उन्हें लग रहा है कि उनकी जिंदगी उन्नति की ओर अग्रसर होगा। नगर पालिक निगम द्वारा जिला प्रशासन के मार्गदर्शन में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की खराब पड़ी करीब 10 ऐसी एबुंलेस गाड़ियों को अलग-अलग जगह, अलग-अलग व्यवसाय के लिए तैयारी किया जा रहा है।
