आवापल्ली। “विश्व आदिवासी दिवस” के अवसर पर ‘गोंडवाना समाज’ के द्वारा उसूर विकासखण्ड़ के मुख्यालय आवापल्ली में रैली निकाली गई। जिसमें आदिवासी समाज के सैकड़ो ग्रामीण उपस्थित हुए। भारी बारिश के बावजूद लोगों ने समाज के प्रति अपनी निष्ठा और उत्तर दायित्व का निर्वाह किया। आदिवासी समाज अपनी संस्कृति, अपनी परंपराओं को, पूर्वजों की दी हुई धरोहर को संजोकर नई पीढ़ी को इन्हीं राहों पर चलने के लिए प्रेरित करती है।
आदिवासी समाज के बुद्धिजीवी वर्ग अपने समाज को जिस तरह ऊंचा उठाने के लिए अपनी संस्कृति और परम्पराओं को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए, समाज को एक प्रेम रूपी सूत्र में बांधने जा रही है, निश्चय ही भावी दिनों इसके सुखद परिणाम होंगे। विगत कई वर्षो से तेल्लम बोरैया, नरेन्द्र बुरका रिटायर शिक्षक, उसूर विकास खण्ड में सामाजिक क्रांति व जनजागृति के कार्य करते आ रहे हैं। इसी तारतम्य में आज भारी बारिश के बावजूद विकास खण्ड के जनपद सदस्य अनिल बुरका, जनपद शंकर मड़वी, मनोज अवलम व सैकड़ों ग्रामीणों की उपस्थिति में विश्व आदिवासी दिवस को उत्साहपूर्वक मनाया गया।
