सुकमा। जिले में चलाए जा रहे नक्सल उन्मूलन अभियान के तहत मुखबिर की सूचना पर बुधवार को थाना छिंदगढ़ सेे थाना प्रभारी उपनिरीक्षक हुबलाल चंद्राकर के साथ जिला बल नक्सल आरोपियों की धरपकड़ हेतु ग्राम पोंदुम की ओर रवाना हुए थे। जहां अभियान के दौरान ग्राम पोंदुम में घेराबंदी कर एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को पकड़ा गया। जिससे पूछताछ करने पर अपना नाम बुकेली धुरवा पिता गंगा (मिलिशिया सदस्य, स्थाई वारंटी) उम्र 38 वर्ष जाति धुरवा जिला सुकमा का निवासी होना बताया, जो थाना छिंदगढ़ क्षेत्रांतर्गत दिनांक 03.11.2017 को ग्राम मुठेली के जंगल में ग्राम मेसीराम निवासी कोसा मंडावी की हत्या करने की घटना में शामिल था।
उक्त घटनाओं के आधार पर थाना छिंदगढ़ में अपराध क्रमांक 9/17 धारा 147, 148, 149, 343, 364, 365, 302, 120 (बी) भादवि. 25 आर्म्स एक्ट पंजीबध्द हैं। पकड़े गए आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी हेतु आज न्यायालय बचेली जिला दंतेवाड़ा के समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर न्यायिक रिमांड पर जेल भेजा गया।
