जगदलपुर। धरमपुरा स्थित महिला पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में बनाये गए स्ट्रांग रूम में रखे हुए सभी ईवीएम पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हैं। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ अय्याज तम्बोली ने बताया कि
महिला पालीटेक्निक परिसर धरमपुरा में प्रथम तल पर स्थापित स्ट्रांग रूम की सुरक्षा के तीन लेयर हैं। परिसर के मैदान में कुछ दूरी पर स्थित रिलायंस टावर के मेंटेनेंस हेतु रिलायंस के दो कर्मचारी मेंटेनेंस के कार्य को कर रहे थे।

इस दौरान महिला पॉलिटेक्निक परिसर मैदान में उक्त दोनों कर्मचारियों की मौजूदगी के संबंध मे जानकारी प्राप्त होते ही कलेक्टर डॉ अय्याज तंबोली के दिशा निर्देश पर तत्काल कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस द्वारा दोनों कर्मचारियों से पूछताछ की जा रही है।

उक्त दोनों कर्मचारी निजी कंपनी मे कार्यरत हैं जिन्हें परिसर में प्रवेश हेतु अधिकृत नहीं किया गया है। बिना अनुमति इन दोनो व्यक्तियों को परिसर में प्रवेश देकर नियमों का उल्लंघन करने व अपने दायित्व के निर्वहन में लापरवाही बरतने के कारण प्रथम लेयर पर सुरक्षा का कार्य कर रहे दो सुरक्षा कर्मियो आरक्षक इंद्र कुमार पैंकरा और प्रधानारक्षक केशव साहू को निलंबित किया गया है।

स्ट्रांग रूम की सुरक्षा केंद्रीय सुरक्षा बल द्वारा की जा रही है। स्ट्रांग रूम पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है। ईवीएम और वीवीपेट को लैपटॉप से दूर बैठकर टेम्पर करना संभव नहीं है, अतः ईवीएम पूर्णतः सुरक्षित है। स्ट्रांग रूम भवन परिसर मे किसी भी अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रवेश नहीं किया गया है।
