नारायणपुर। कल मंगलवार 11 दिसंबर को जिला मुख्यालय में होने वाली विधानसभा आम निर्वाचन-2018 की मतगणना स्थल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के लिए आज मतगणना स्थल पर सुरक्षा बल को पुलिस अधीक्षक जितेन्द्र शुक्ल और अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक अनिल कुमार सोनी ने सुरक्षा की तकनीकी और जरूरी दिशा निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सुरक्षा कार्य योजना की जानकारी सुरक्षा बल के जवानों दी। पुलिस के दोनों आला अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जिसकी जो डयूटी है उस कार्य स्थल पर वह पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ तैनात रहें। शहर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में भी जवानों को जो दायित्व दिया गया उसका भी वे पालन करें।
इसके साथ शहर के साथ ही मतगणना स्थल पर यातायात व्यवस्था भी सुचारू रूप से चले। इस बात का भी विशेष ध्यान रखा जायें। रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर द्वारा मतगणना कक्ष से प्रत्येक राउंड की गणना के बाद घोषणा की जायेगी। इसके लिए मतगणना परिसर में घोषणा स्पीकर भी लगाए गए है। ईव्हीएम स्ट्रॉग रूम के 100 मीटर के दायरे में किसी को भी जाने की अनुमति नहीं है। पूरा कैंपस छावनी में तब्दील हो चुका है।
पुलिस अधीक्षक जितेन्द्र शुक्ल ने जवानों से कहा कि बिना प्रवेश पास धारियों को कतई प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाये। निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत सुरक्षा की जायेगी। हर आने-जाने वाले प्रवेश धारियों की नियमानुसार चैकिंग की जाये। उन्होंने ने डयूटी पर तैनात होने वाले जवानांे से कहा कि मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों को मीडिया सेंटर तक मोबाइल से छूट दी गई है। इसके साथ ही रिटर्निंग ऑफिसर, प्रेक्षक और ए.आर.ओ. मोबाइल ले जा सकें। बाकि लोगों को मोबाइल ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि चैकिंग करते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखा जायें।
