यह प्रायः देखने में आता है कि लोगों के द्वारा गुटका, तम्बाखू एवं गुडाखु का सेवन कर जगह-जगह में थूक दिया जाता है, जिससे संक्रमण बढ़ने का खतरा है, ऐसी स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने हेतु कलेक्टर के द्वारा जिले में गुटका, तंबाखु एवं गुडाखु के क्रय-विक्रय पर प्रतिबंध के लिए आदेश जारी किया गया है।
यह आदेश सम्पूर्ण बस्तर जिले में 03 मई 2020 या आगामी आदेश, जो पहले आये तक प्रभावशील होगा। इस आदेश का उल्लंघन किये जाने पर धारा 188 के तहत् कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
