बीजापुर। जिले में चलाये जा रहे माओवादी विरोधी अभियान के तहत् पुलिस महानिरीक्षक बस्तर रेंज सुदंरराज पी, उप महानिरीक्षक केरिपु(ऑप्स) कोमल सिंह, पुलिस अधीक्षक बीजापुर कमलोचन कश्यप के दिशा निर्देशन में माओवादी शहीदी सप्ताह के 6वें दिन चलाये गये माओवादी विरोधी अभियान में थाना भैरमगढ़ क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम टिण्डोड़ी से 01 माओवादी रामलाल पोयामी को गिरफ्तार किया गया।
क्षेत्र में चलाये जा रहे माओवादी विरोधी अभियान के दौरान दिनांक 02.08.2020 को थाना भैरमगढ़ से जिला बल की टीम घुड़साकल, उसपरी, टिण्डोड़ी की ओर निकली थी, प्राप्त सूचना के आधार पर टिण्डोड़ी से सहायक आरक्षक की हत्या में शामिल एक माओवादी रामलाल पोयामी पिता पायकू पायामी उम्र 26 वर्ष साकिन टिण्डोडी थाना भैरमगड़ जिला बीजापुर को गिरफ्तार किया गया।
ज्ञात हो कि दिनांक 15.02.2016 को थाना भैरमगढ़ में पदस्थ सहायक आरक्षक रामलाल वटटी सामाजिक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने अपने गृहग्राम टिण्डोड़ी गया हुआ था, जहां माओवादियों द्वारा इसकी हत्या कर दी गई। गिरफ्तार माओवादी उक्त घटना में शामिल था जो विगत् 04 वर्षों से फरार था। इसके विरुद्ध थाना भैरमगढ़ में 01 स्थाई वारंट भी लंबित था। गिरफ्तार माओवादी के विरूद्ध थाना भैरमगढ़ में विधिवत कार्यवाही उपरान्त आज न्यायालय बीजापुर में पेश किया गया।
