दंतेवाड़ा। विधानसभा निर्वाचन-2018 के तहत मतदाताओं को डराने-धमकाने सहित प्रलोभन देने के लिए रिश्वत या अन्य सामग्री प्रदान करने की सूचना देने हेतु जनसाधरण से अपील की गयी है। यह सूचना या शिकायत भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के सीविजील एप्प या टोल फ्री नंबर के साथ सामान्य प्रेक्षक अथवा व्यय प्रेक्षक के मोबाईल नंबर पर किया जा सकता है। कलेक्टर एवं जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी श्री सौरभ कुमार ने उक्त परिप्रेक्ष्य में जिले के जनसाधरण से अपील किया है,कि मतदाताओं को डराने-धमकाने अथवा प्रलोभन देने की सूचना अवश्य देवें। जिससे संबंधित के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई किया जा सके।
इस संबंध में जारी परिपत्र में कहा गया है कि भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 171 ख के अनुसार कोई व्यक्ति निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी व्यक्ति को उसके निर्वाचक अधिकार का प्रयोग करने के लिए उत्प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से नकद या वस्तु के रूप में कोई पारितोष देता है या लेता है, तो वह एक वर्ष तक के कारावास या जुर्माने अथवा दोनों सजा से दण्डनीय होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 171 ग के अनुसार जो कोई व्यक्ति किसी अभ्यर्थी या निर्वाचक अथवा किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को किसी प्रकार की चोट पहुंचाने की धमकी देता है वह एक वर्ष के कारावास या जुर्माने अथवा दोनों सजा का भागीदार होगा। निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया के दौरान रिश्वत देने वाले और रिश्वत लेने वाले दोनों के विरूद्ध मामले दर्ज करने सहित संबंधितों के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई करने के लिए उड़नदस्ता दलों का गठन किया गया है।
अतएव जनसाधारण से आग्रह है किया गया है कि कोई भी किसी भी प्रकार का रिश्वत लेने की पेशकश करता है या डराने-धमकाने का प्रयास करता है, तो ऐसे मामले की जानकारी जिला निर्वाचन कार्यालय दंतेवाड़ा के शिकायत कॉल सेंटर में 07856-252421 अथवा सामान्य प्रेक्षक के मोबाईल नंबर 75874-71302 या व्यय प्रेक्षक के मोबाईल नंबर 91797-76562 पर दे सकते हैं। इसके साथ ही राज्य स्तरीय टोल फ्री नंबर 0771-1950 पर दी जा सकती है। उक्त शिकायत या सूचना भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के सीविजील नामक एप्प में भी किया जा सकता है। उक्त सीविजील एप्प प्ले-स्टोर में मौजूद है जिसे कोई भी नागारिक डाउनलोड कर सकता है और फोटो खींचकर संबंधित असामाजिक तत्वों के विरूद्ध शिकायत कर सकता है।
