नेशनल लोक अदालत में 132 प्रकरणों का निराकरण कर 80 लाख 94 हजार रूपए का एवार्ड पारित, जिले में 758 राजस्व प्रकरण निराकृत

दंतेवाड़ा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट और राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशानुसार 8 दिसंबर को आयोजित नेशनल लोक अदालत में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय दंतेवाड़ा सहित व्यवहार न्यायालय बचेली, बीजापुर और सुकमा में न्यायाधीशों द्वारा कुल 132 प्रकरण निराकृत कर 80 लाख 94 हजार 935 रूपए का अधिनिर्णय पारित किया गया। वहीं दंतेवाड़ा जिले में राजस्व संबंधी 758 प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया गया। सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण दंतेवाड़ा महेश साहू ने बताया कि 8 दिसंबर को आयोजित नेशनल लोक अदालत में प्री-लिटिगेशन के तहत बैंक वसूली बिजली पेयजल और दूरसंचार संबंधी 81 तथा न्यायालय में लंबित प्रकरण निराकृत किये गये। इस दौरान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायधीश कान्ता मार्टिन द्वारा 9 मोटर दुर्घटना से संबंधित प्रकरणों का निराकरण कर 28 लाख 23 हजार 984 रूपए का एवार्ड पारित किया गया। वहीं अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायधीश मनोज सिंह ठाकुर ने 3 मोटर दुर्घटना संबंधी प्रकरणों का निराकरण कर 23 लाख रूपए का एवार्ड पारित किया।

इसी तरह अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायधीश श्रीमती प्रतिभा वर्मा द्वारा 4 मोटर दुर्घटना संबधी प्रकरणों का निराकरण कर 17 लाख 85 हजार रूपए का एवार्ड पारित किया गया। मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट दंतेवाड़ा संजया रात्रे ने 7 प्रकरणों का त्वरित निराकरण कर एक लाख रूपए का एवार्ड पारित किया गया। वहीं व्यवहार न्यायालय बीजापुर के मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्टेªट श्री राकेश कुमार सोम ने 15 लंबित प्रकरणों सहित 8 प्री-लिटीगेशन प्रकरण,मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट सुकमा कमलेश जुर्री ने 7 लंबित प्रकरण सहित 48 प्री-लिटीगेशन प्रकरण, न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी दंतेवाड़ा जनक हिड़को ने 16 प्री-लिटीगेशन प्रकरण तथा व्यवहार न्यायधीश बचेली देवाशीष ठाकुर ने लंबित 6 प्रकरण का निराकरण किया। जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण दंतेवाड़ा के सचिव महेश साहू ने बताया कि नेशनल लोक अदालत मामालों के त्वरित निराकरण का एक अच्छा विकल्प है। जिसमें पक्षकार आपसी समझौता और रजामंदी से अपने प्रकरण निराकरण के लिए आगे आकर पहल करते हैं। जिसमें दोेनों पक्षकार के मध्य मधुर संबंध स्थापित होने के साथ ही दोनों पक्षों की जीत होती और लंबी अदालती प्रक्रिया से बचने के साथ ही कई परिवार टूटने से बच जाते हैं।

नेशनल लोक अदालत में कोर्ट फीस नहीं लगती है और यदि पूर्व में कोर्ट फीस जमा की गयी है तो वह वापस कर दी जाती है। 8 दिसंबर को आयोजित नेशनल लोक अदालत में दंतेवाड़ा जिले के 758 राजस्व संबंधी प्रकरणों का भी निराकरण किया गया। जिसके तहत खंडपीठ न्यायालय अनुविभागीय दंडाधिकारी दंतेवाड़ा में 37 न्यायालय तहसीलदार दंतेवाड़ा में 452,न्यायालय तहसीलदार गीदम में 129, न्यायालय तहसीलदार बडे़बचेली में 41, न्यायालय तहसीलदार कटेकल्याण में 72 तथा न्यायालय तहसीलदार कुआकोण्डा में 17 प्रकरणों का निराकरण किया गया। जिसमें राजस्व पुस्तक परिपत्र 6-4 के प्रकरण सहित प्रतिबंधात्मक प्रकरण और आय,जाति,निवास प्रमाण पत्र प्रदाय तथा डायवर्सन एवं आरआरसी प्रकरण सम्मिलित हैं। इस दौरान 6 लाख 96 हजार 270 रूपए राशि का भुगतान करने अधिनिर्णय पारित किया गया।
