रायपुर। मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कोरोना वायरस से बचाव के संबंध में आज प्रदेश की जनता को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में कहा -प्रिय भाइयों और बहनों, जय जोहार, जैसा की आप जानते ही हैं कि पूरा विश्व इस समय कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से जूझ रहा हैं। छत्तीसगढ़ में भी आज कोरोना वायरस का एक केस पाजीटिव पाया गया हैं । जिसका समुचित उपचार एम्स रायपुर में चल रहा हैं। पीड़ित के परिवार के सभी सदस्यों और उनके सम्पर्क में आने वाले सभी लोगों की पहचान कर उनको भी आइसोलेशन में रखा गया हैं।
राज्य में कोरोनो वायरस से उपचार की माकूल व्यवस्था हैं और इससे डरने या चिंतित होने की कोई जरूरत नहीं हैं, लेकिन अब हमें ज्यादा सतर्क रहना होगा और लापरवाही से बचना होगा । एम्स में योग्य चिकित्सक, पीड़ित का उपचार कर रहे हैं । देश में अभी तक अनेक कोरोना पीड़ित स्वस्थ हो चुके है। राज्य में विदेश यात्रा करके लौटे सभी नागरिकों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कर उन्हें आइसोलेशन में रखने की प्रक्रिया जारी हैं। मैं फिर से अपनी बात दोहराता हूॅ कि आपकी जानकारी में अगर ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति हैं जो विदेश यात्रा से लौटा हैं और उसने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को रिपोर्ट नहीं किया हैं तो इसकी सूचना तत्काल टोल फ्री नम्बर 104 पर दे ।
लोगों को यह समझना होगा कि जानकारी छुपाने से कोरोना वायरस से बचाव नहीं हो सकेगा अपितु जानकारी देने और सही उपचार लेने से ही बचाव संभव हैं। बच्चों और बुर्जुगों को विशेष सावधानी रखने की आवश्यकता हैं।
मेरा राज्य के नागरिकों से आग्रह हैं कि बहुत आवश्यक होने पर ही अपने घर से बाहर निकलें। लोगों की सावधानी और सुरक्षा के लिए मैंने स्वयं अपने सभी कार्यक्रम और समारोह रदद् कर दिये हैं। राज्य में स्कूल, कालेज, सिनेमा हाॅल, माॅल और भीड़भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर लोगों के इकट्ठा होने पर रोक लगा दी हैं।
मैं बार बार आपको यह आश्वासन देता हूॅ कि आपको चिंतित होने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं हैं । मैं आपका मुख्यमंत्री, राज्य सरकार और उसका पूरा महकमा पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद हैं और हमने इस वायरस से बचाव और उपचार की पूरी तैयारियां कर रखी हैं आवश्यकता हैं तो बस आपके सहयोग की। हमने राज्य में कोरोना वायरस से बचाव और उपचार की सही जानकारी देने के लिए एक इमरजेंसी कम्यूनिकेशन टीम बनाई है जो आपको सतत रूप से सही सूचना देने का काम करेगी और भ्रामक खबरों के प्रचार को रोकेगी।
मैं कोरोना उपचार के लिए लगातार काम कर रहे स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सभी चिकित्सकों और चिकित्सीय स्टाॅफ का तहेदिल से आभारी हूॅ । पूरा राज्य उनके समर्पण भाव की सराहना करता हैं । मैंने यह निर्णय लिया हैं कि कोरोना के उपचार में लगेे स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अमले को विशेष भत्ता अतिरिक्त प्रदान किया जायेगा।
राज्य सरकार ने एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेते हुए राजधानी रायपुर सहित सभी नगर निगम क्षेत्रों में धारा 144 लगा दी हैं। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को एक स्थान पर ज्यादा संख्या में एकत्रित होने से रोकना हैं जिससे कोरोना वायरस के प्रसार को रोका जा सके। मुझे पूरा विश्वास हैं कि छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता इस संकट की घड़ी में राज्य सरकार का और एक दूसरे का भी सहयोग करेगी ताकि हम इस कोराना वायरस के फैलाव को रोक सके। आपके सहयोग की अपेक्षा हैं।
