जगदलपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग ने नावेल कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से रोकथाम एवं नियंत्रण के लिए आगामी 31 मार्च 2020 तक अत्यावश्यक आपातकालीन सेवाओं से संबंधित शासकीय कार्यालय छोड़कर समस्त शासकीय कार्यालयों को बंद किए जाने के संबंध में दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं। इस अवधि में राज्य स्तर पर समस्त सचिव एवं विभागाध्यक्ष अपने निवास पर ही आवश्यक कार्यालयीन व्यवस्था करते हुए, शासकीय कार्य सम्पादित करेंगे तथा अन्य अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को न्यूनतम प्रशासकीय आवश्यकता अनुरूप कार्य में संयोजित किया जाएगा।
जारी आदेश में कहा गया है कि संभाग एवं जिला स्तर पर कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से निपटने में शामिल विभागों जैसे – स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, अस्पताल एवं कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने में सम्मिलित विभागों से संबंधित शासकीय कार्यालय जैसे संभागायुक्त कार्यालय, पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, कलेक्टरेट, पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व, तहसील, पुलिस थाने-चौकी, फायरब्रिगेड, जेल इत्यादि तथा बिजली व्यवस्था, पेयजल प्रदाय, साफ-सफाई एव स्वच्छता, ठोस अपशिष्ट सहित अन्य अत्यावश्यक एवं आपातकालीन सेवाओं को छोड़कर शेष कार्यालयों को 31 मार्च तक संचालित न किया जाएं।
संचालित कार्यालयों में जनसाधारण को न आने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएं। अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को निवास से सदैव मोबाईल-टेलिफोन एवं अन्य इलेक्ट्राॅनिक माध्यम से संपर्क में बने रहने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाएं ताकि आवश्यकता होने पर कार्यालय में बुलाया जा सके। संचालित कार्यालयों में उपस्थित होने वाले अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों उपस्थित होने एवं कार्यालय से वापस जाने के समय में हर पाली में न्यूनतम 4 घंटे का अंतर रखा जाएं ताकि भीड़-भाड़ में संक्रमण की संभावना कम की जा सकें। कार्यरत शासकीय अमले को निवास से कार्यालय तक स्वयं के आवागमन के साधन के माध्यम से आने जाने के लिए निर्देशित किया जाए। इन निर्देशों के संबंध में सभी अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों एवं संबंधित अधिकारी-कर्मचारियों को भी अवगत कराने को कहा। यह निर्देश विधानसभा पर लागू नहीं होंगे।
