जगदलपुर। नगरीय प्रशासन एवं श्रम मंत्री डाॅ. शिव कुमार डहरिया ने आज जगदलपुर के सर्किट हाऊस में आयोजित अधिकारियों की बैठक में विभागीय काम-काज की गहन समीक्षा की।
मंत्री डाॅ. डहरिया ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की मंशा के अनुरूप नरवा, गरूवा, घुरवा और बाड़ी के कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के साथ ही नगरीय क्षेत्रों में भी जल संरक्षण और संवर्द्धन की आवश्यकता है। इसके साथ ही शहरी क्षेत्रों में घूमने वाले पशुओं के लिए गोठान निर्माण जरूरी है। उन्होंने बस्तर संभाग के जिलों से आये अधिकारियों से गोठान निर्माण और चारागाह विकास के कार्यों की जानकारी ली और आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। डाॅ. डहरिया ने कहा कि इन कार्यों के लिए जरूरतों के मुताबिक दो दिन के भीतर प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि बैठक में जिन स्थानों में नरवा, गरूवा, घुरवा और बाड़ी के विकास कार्य की जानकारी दी गई है। वहां वे स्वंय जाकर अवलोकन करेंगे।
मंत्री डाॅ. डहरिया ने कहा कि सभी मकानों में रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग लगवाया जाए। उन्होंने संभाग के सभी नगरीय निकायों को टैंकर मुक्त करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक बताया गया कि जगदलपुर शहर टैंकर मुक्त है। फरसगांव में जल आवर्द्धन योजना से जुलाई में पीने का पानी सभी घरांे तक पहंुचने लगेगा। चिन्हित स्थानों वाटर एटीएम लगा दिए गए है और सभी वाटर एटीएम चालू है। संभाग के सभी तालाबों की सफाई लगभग पूरा कर लिया गया है। नालो और नालियों की सफाई एक बार कर लिया गया है और दोबारा सफाई का काम चल रहा है। इसे बारिश से पहले पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। मंत्री डाॅ. डहरिया ने 15 तारीख तक सफाई काम पूरा करने के दिर्नेश दिए। उन्होंने बहुमंजिला इमारतों में सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम सुनिश्चित करने कहा। डाॅ. डहरिया ने श्रम विभाग के काम-काज की समीक्षा की और कहा कि श्रम विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत दी जाने वाली सहायता राशि अनुदान और प्रशिक्षण को समय-सीमा में पूरा करें। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि कोई समस्या हो तो उसकी जानकारी भी दें। बैठक में बस्तर संभाग के सभी जिलों के नगरीय प्रशासन और श्रम विभाग के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
