बीजापुर। ज़िले में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की उदासनीता और बेपरवाही के कारण शर्मसार कर देने वाली तस्वीरें लगातार निकल कर सामने आ रहीं हैं। अभी खाट में ढोकर शव ले जाने और ऑक्सीजन की कमी से बच्ची के मौत का मामला ठंडा भी नही हुआ कि, तीसरा मामला निकल कर सामने आया है। दरअसल, उसूर ब्लॉक के टेकमेटला गांव के एक बुजुर्ग ग्रामीण, हेमला हड़मा (उम्र-57 वर्ष) के शरीर का बांयाँ हिस्सा लकवाग्रस्त हो गया था। परिजनों द्वारा बीमार बुजुर्ग को इलाज़ के लिए टेकमेटला गांव से आवापल्ली लाया गया। 13 कि. मी. का पैदल सफर तय कर किसी तरह आवापल्ली के प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पहुंचे बुजुर्ग को इलाज़ नही मिल पाया। अस्पताल में ताला लटका देख परिजनों ने बुजुर्ग का इलाज़ करवाये बिना उसी कांवड़ में ढोकर वापस अपने गांव लौट गए।
बता दें कि, 4 दिनों के अंदर 3 अलग अलग शर्मसार कर देने वाले मामलों के निकलकर सामने आने से स्वास्थ्य अमले की सक्रियता पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। गौरतलब हो कि, 24 अगस्त को मंत्री गागड़ा के गृह क्षेत्र में शव को खटिये पर ढोकर दाह संस्कार के लिए परिजनों द्वारा अपने घर ले जाने का मामला प्रकाश में आया था। उसके ठीक 2 दिन बाद 27 अगस्त को एम्बुलेंस में ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर से ऑक्सीजन के खत्म होने से 5 साल की एक मासूम बच्ची की मौत हो गयी थी। और अब खटिये में ढोकर 13 कि. मी. का पैदल सफर कर इलाज़ के लिए अस्पताल पहुंचने के बाद भी एक बीमार बुजुर्ग को इलाज़ नही मिला।

इस पूरे मामले में जब हमने डॉ. पुजारी, CMHO बीजापुर से प्रतिक्रिया लेनी चाही तो उनका साफ कहना था कि उन्हें अभी इस मामले की जानकारी नही है। जानकारी जुटाकर ही किसी तरह की प्रतिक्रिया देने की बात कही।
