बीजापुर। नव नियुक्त “बस्तर क्षेत्र आदिवासी विकास प्राधिकरण” के उपाध्यक्ष विक्रम शाह मंडावी ने कहा कि राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने मुझ पर विश्वास करके यह जिम्मेदारी मुझे सौंपी है। बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण का उपाध्यक्ष बनना मेरे लिए अत्यंत सौभाग्य की बात है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी के आशीर्वाद से बीजापुर के जनता की सेवा का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है।
इस नई जिम्मेदारी के साथ पूरे बस्तर संभाग के हितों की रक्षा का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है। इसके लिए मैं राहुल जी, प्रदेश प्रभारी पुनिया जी, भूपेश बघेल जी, कवासी लखमा जी सहित समस्त वरिष्ठ जनों एवं मेरे क्षेत्र के मतदाताओं के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करता हूं। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी और मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल, बस्तर और बस्तर वासियों के हितों को लेकर बेहद संवेदनशील हैं। इसीलिए मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने विशेषाधिकार का प्रयोग करते हुए पहली बार विकास प्राधिकरण में स्थानीय विधायकों को अध्यक्ष के तौर पर नियुक्ति प्रदान की है।
भूपेश बघेल ने स्थानीय विधायकों को अध्यक्ष का जिम्मा सौंफ कर बस्तर और सरगुजा जैसे आदिवासी बाहुल्य क्षेत्रों के विकास के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता स्पष्ट कर दी है। इसी कड़ी में वरिष्टतम विधायक कवासी लखमा पहले ही कैबिनेट मंत्री के तौर पर सरकार में जिम्मा संभाल रहे हैं। अब बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण में वरिष्ठ विधायक लखेश्वर बघेल जी को अध्यक्ष का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है, उनके साथ मुझे और विधायक केशकाल संत नेताम को उपाध्यक्ष का जिम्मा सौंपा गया है। इस प्रकार मुख्यमंत्री ने दक्षिण, पश्चिम, उत्तर और मध्य बस्तर को पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व देकर हम लोगों को सेवा का अवसर प्रदान किया है।
बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष विक्रम मंडावी ने कहा कि जिस तरह पुरे छत्तीसगढ़ की जनता ख़ास तौर पर बस्तरवासियों ने कांग्रेस के प्रति अपना अटूट विश्वास व्यक्त किया है। हमारी भी ज़िम्मेदारी बनती है कि हम भी उनकी अपेक्षाओं पर खरे उतरें और हम निरंतर इस दिशा में प्रयासरत रहेंगे।
